Hotel Less Seoul Reviews

The hotel is a stone throw away from Myeongdong, and Seoul Station with many eateries in the vicinity. The room is generally clean, with firm mattress, thick blankets and we had a good night sleep. The staff is friendly and informative when we arrive at the hotel lobby.

the location is convenient, just near Seoul station exit 4, the staff are very mice and the room is clean and tidy.

The location is not bad if you're traveling via the dark blue subway line. The room is a bit small but very clean.

It's convenient to stay for travelers. Near to Seoul Station.

Location is very good and it was one of the cheapest (for Seoul). The guy at the front desk seemed nice. However, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. Firstly, they charged us 5000 w per hour to store luggage for 3 hours until check in, which I thought wasn’t great considering that we were checking in that day, but maybe that is normal practice in Seoul. The bed was not at all comfortable. I woke several times, numb down one side, as it was very hard. Also, had to sleep with the blind open to let in cool air, as the air con was too strong for such a little room. This meant that light was coming in very early and it was difficult to get the temperature right. We stayed in June. It’s fine for a couple of nights, but any longer then I would recommend spending a little more money.

Seriously the worst. When I entered the room, I froze. I couldn't even use the toilet or the bath. I got goosebumps the moment I saw it. I definitely didn't want to take a shower. The floor was moldy and slimy, so I definitely couldn't walk there barefoot. The toilet and shower didn't have electricity, but I wonder if there was electricity... If there was no electricity to begin with, I think it's because you can't see the above right away... The bed looked dirty and I didn't want to sit on it. I didn't want to stay in the room, so I left immediately, killed time until 8am, and checked out immediately!! This photo is a bit of a fraud. Don't be fooled. That's all I can say. My friend had booked another night, but I asked them to cancel for this reason, but they didn't respond, and they even said I'd have to pay a penalty if I didn't show up. I sent an inquiry email but they didn't respond at all, and I called around 9pm but they didn't answer. The amount of the penalty wasn't even written, and it was the amount specified by the hotel, which is scary. My trip after such a long time was a disaster. My friend works in house cleaning so he has a different perspective and the inside of the air conditioner was full of mold and hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. It was obvious that it was unsanitary. The slippers in the bathroom were like something you'd find at a home. lol They said they would improve after reading the reviews! But I didn't think they had made any improvements.

There is an escalator (this is important) at Exit 4 of Seoul Station on the subway, and you can walk straight from there to the hotel, so the location was good. Since there were two adults and one elementary school student, we were assigned a queen bed + bunk bed in a room. We managed to open our suitcases. Amenities included toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. One bottle of mineral water is replenished for each person every day. Instant coffee and a kettle were not provided in the room. Paper cups and a hair dryer were provided. There were two chairs and a long table, which was very convenient for putting things down or eating. Reception and payment were done at the kiosk at the entrance. The entrance was not wide, but there was a microwave. The shower temperature and strength were fine and the hotel was generally clean. There were outlets everywhere, which was very useful, but you should bring your own adapter plug.
