This guesthouse is run by a Korean couple and boasts a super convenient location, very close to Myeongdong Subway Station and the airport bus stop. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they even have a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a rooftop on the fourth floor. The hosts are incredibly welcoming; they even gave me some small tangerines! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Korea!

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Myeongdong Station Exit 3 (which has an elevator, so no need to carry luggage). For arrival, I took the subway from Incheon Airport, and for departure, there's an airport bus stop near Myeongdong Station Exit 2, right across the street, so no need to bother with the subway again. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the female dormitory bed was excellent. However, as it's a six-person room, the bathroom tended to get a bit dirty by morning, and the shower area was a bit cold without heating. Facilities: The first and third floors were a delightful surprise, filled with various stylish ornaments that clearly showed the owner's sophisticated taste and care. On the second floor, there are two sets of LG washer-dryer towers. Both the first and second floors offer complimentary coffee, tea, and unlimited mineral water. Service: The cleaning lady was very polite.

This is a really cozy and clean little guesthouse! The landlady is super kind and welcoming. When you enter, there's a machine where you can switch languages to check in and check out. In the hallway, there's complimentary coffee, tea bags, and bottled water, plus a water dispenser with hot water. The room has a keyless entry (password lock), and the fridge and air conditioning work perfectly. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. Overall, the stay was excellent! The guesthouse's location is also fantastic – super close to Myeongdong Exit 3. Just cross the street and you're in full shopping and eating mode. There are GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, Paris Baguette, and Olive Young all around. Downstairs, there are even fried chicken, BBQ restaurants, and Bungeoppang (fish-shaped pastry) stalls. And get this: you can navigate to the Namsan Tower cable car on foot directly from the guesthouse. It's really convenient for getting everywhere! Just one tip: you can't find the guesthouse if you search for its Chinese name on Naver Maps. I recommend copying the English name to avoid any errors!

The hotel is very close to the subway station, and the host is very nice and speaks basic English. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The facilities are comprehensive, they even provide charging cables, and it's very clean. The room is quite small though; if you open a 20-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to walk around.

Perfect place to stay. Great location: in the shopping street / night market area, but also at the foot of the hill with the Seoul Tower. Major subway station just in front. Great hosts: very welcoming, helpfull, friendly and sharing: they offered me fruits and good and snacks on top of the usual things you cam take like coffee, tea, waterbottles. Great place: everything looks so nice and clean. You can take fresh towels, use the big kitchen to sit and eat or drink. There is even a roof terrace they are upgrading right now. I stayed in the dorm and the beds were good and big. Just a big YES

Very good guesthouse. Great location, no need to worry. 2 mnts walk from Myeongdong station. Staff friendly. My room is quite small but have everything needed. Got fridge and private bathroom. But wifi is off when you off the tv so quite inconvenient. Free water bottles. No idea about iron bcs I bring my own iron. Overall can consider this guesthouse 👍🏻

Perfect guesthouse close to all the action. Cozy and calm: perfect to relax after a day of discovery in Seoul. The owner is so nice and welcoming. A must!

Located near Exits 3 and 4 of Myeongdong subway station, and with airport buses either here or across the street, it's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It's also a popular meeting point for most tour groups, which is great. Self-service check-in and check-out is quick and easy, with clear signage, and there's also self-service luggage storage. The single room wasn't large, but it was clean, bright, and had both heating and cooling. It had a private toilet, although the shower and toilet weren't separated, it was well-ventilated. The toilet got clogged during my stay; I notified the manager, and it was unclogged the next day. Apparently, toilet paper shouldn't be flushed down the toilet; hopefully, there will be a sign in the room/toilet indicating this. The common areas had everything: hot and cold water, microwave, oven, refrigerator… In short, very thoughtful.

I stayed here while traveling alone. It's close to Myeongdong Station and reasonably priced, so I'd definitely stay here again. However, the room is small, so there's no room to move when you open your suitcase. It might be a bit inconvenient for people with a lot of luggage, but I recommend it for people who prioritize price and location.
