Almost unable to store our luggages before check-in time as there is no staff in the morning. Had to contact the staff for help, yet, the only way to contact is via phone. It is not common for foreign visitors to have a korean phone. Luckily, we were able to find a local to help us with the phone call.
The staff gave us the password to enter the hotel. This could be improved with better communication beforehand, for example, the hotel can include more details about hot to enter in the trip.com confirmation email.
