Love love the location. Hidden in the charming part of Seoul, just beside an actual market, so we had fun buying the fruits and ginseng from the stores. The train station is just 8 mins walk (you got to cut through the market) with the lift access on the same side as our road. It is very useful for us as we travelled with a toddler who is still using strollers. Our unit was installed with one washer and one dryer, so it was super convenient to wash our clothes. Owner was also kind enough to give us washing detergent during our stay. Appreciate heaps! One thing to note: their double beds are much smaller than standard Queen, hence you will likely need to squeeze if you are not Asian. In fact, we let our kids sleep on the double bed as even us Asian find it tough to sleep on it.

Good location, good size, nice amenities

The location is convenient, very close to Dongdaemun. You can walk to Dongdaemun for a fried chicken supper in 10 minutes at night, but there are few street lights at night and it is quite dark. Overall, it was a good accommodation experience. There is also a pirate park downstairs, which is suitable for children to play.

The house is nice, with a lot of equipment. There's a room with equipment for hanging clothes, I don't know what it's for, maybe to dry clothes.

When I asked questions, the store responded quickly~ Bottled water will only be provided once, which is a pity🥹 We stayed for three days, and we could change bath towels and trash every day🗑️ In addition, the toilet shower will flood outside... The toilet will be wet😅 It is recommended to install a water barrier under the glass door!

The room is very simply furnished, with a round table and four chairs in the living room, two beds in two rooms, a dressing table in the larger room, wardrobes in both rooms, and an automatic drying and ironing device in the small room, which can dry clothes while making them brand new. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, but the bath water will overflow from the bottom of the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are all available. I checked online and found that it is a local brand, anti-hair loss, and it is very good to use. I originally wanted to buy a set to take back. The supporting facilities are all provided according to four people, but there is one thing that is strange. I booked a room for three days, but only got mineral water once. If I booked once a day, should four bottles be delivered every day? Overall, it is a very good accommodation experience. Because it is a new store, the facilities are new and clean. There is still some smell after the decoration in the wardrobe. In addition, laundry detergent is not provided. In addition, the price was reduced three days after booking, and I paid more than 400 yuan. Next time, I should book one day at a time. I basically didn't take pictures. The seller's photos are very realistic. I only took pictures of shampoo and cups.

The only shortcoming is that there is no clothes rack in the toilet for bathing. It is very inconvenient for friends to travel and stay together to bathe... You can only find two clean bags and put them on the toilet... One bag for dirty clothes and one bag for clean clothes. Hygiene: There is oil on the sheets and quilts in one of the rooms... This is really bad, and there is no way to find a waiter to change it at night, so you can only find a way yourself. Friends who mind it are better to bring disposable sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. Many hotels, homestays, and apartments in South Korea and abroad are like this, not as clean as in my country, really.
