K Wave Guesthouse Only Female in Hongdae 2

The room was very clean, the owner kept it in great shape, and the layout was super practical. It was really convenient for getting to all the attractions, with a convenience store and bus stop right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Seoul!

Extremely close to Hongdae and the subway station. The environment is very clean and the bed is soft. Breakfast is also provided, and the owner speaks Chinese! 😋😋 Will definitely come again next time!

Very clean and tidy, but the shower usability is a bit confusing. So, am I supposed to just... throw my clothes on the floor? I feel like there should be hooks on the door, but there's only one, and it's quite hard to reach if you stretch your hand out of the door.

The transportation is super convenient. The staff at the convenience store near the subway station are all really nice, very enthusiastic and friendly. The guy at the front desk was also quite helpful. There were a lot of Chinese guests staying there too, and when I had questions, everyone was very warm and helpful. The only thing was, when I checked in the first night, there was no lamp downstairs, so I wandered around for a bit before going in.

Store No. 2 feels a bit more spacious than Store No. 1, and having a private bathroom in the room would be much more convenient. Overall, the hygiene is not an issue, and it offers good value for money. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, which can be tiring if you're carrying luggage.

This is my first time encountering a hostel with one-on-one service! The front desk staff, a young man, was absolutely wonderful. He even spoke Chinese! He was so worried I wouldn't find the place that he sent important information three times and then followed up repeatedly. Thanks to all the precise pictures he sent, the location was super easy to find! And what a great location it is! It's right near Hapjeong Station Exit 7, next to Olive Young and Daiso, with lots of street food downstairs! I actually really liked that the other guests were mostly quiet foreign women; there was hardly any noise. I hope everyone remembers to be considerate and not make a lot of noise in the common areas or rooms, so as not to disturb others! Oh, and the free breakfast was fantastic too! I honestly can't believe this price for a place in Seoul, South Korea!

This is a great hostel, located right in the city center. It's surrounded by some amazing spots, including the 'world's best coffee,' a Michelin-starred ramen shop, GM, and several trendy brand stores. Hongdae is just over 1km away. The front desk service is excellent, and they even speak Chinese. Plus, there's free breakfast in the morning. The sleeping areas, showers, and restrooms are all incredibly clean. Since everyone staying here is female, it feels very safe. The price is a bit higher compared to hostels in other countries, but it seems reasonable for Seoul.

The hotel is located between two subway stations, requiring a bit of a walk. It's not ideal if you have a large suitcase, especially since the brick path makes it hard to drag. However, the overall location is quite good. You can easily walk to Hongdae while exploring along the way. Two male owners take turns cleaning; both are very kind, and one speaks Chinese, which made communication easy. You can store your luggage, and self-check-in is very convenient. There are two toilets, two sinks, and three vanity stations in the bathroom area. There are also three or four showers – not super spacious but perfectly adequate. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, along with a hairdryer and curling iron (though I personally found the shampoo not very good, haha!). When I stayed, there were quite a few Chinese guests. The bed was very comfortable and even had an electric blanket. It wasn't fully booked during my visit, so the experience was great. There are many good places to eat nearby. Overall, a good experience.
