The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, and the environment is acceptable. The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic.

A very new and beautiful hotel! The decor is distinctive, and the front desk staff, from the older gentleman to the younger guys, are all warm and friendly. I loved seeing the cat meme posters everywhere! For breakfast, they offer complimentary bagels, paninis, and ciabatta, and the coffee, though paid, is quite good! If the staff aren't too busy, they'll even help pack up your food to go, which is a really thoughtful touch. The only thing that could possibly be improved is the air conditioning or insulation. Our room faced west, so it got a lot of sun. The AC had to run for a long time, only managing to bring the temperature down from 28℃ to just under 27℃. It got quite warm at night if you weren't directly under the vent.

This hotel is conveniently located near Jongno, just a 10-minute walk from both the subway lines 2 and 3. There's a G25 convenience store right downstairs, and a café in the basement which also serves as a self-service check-in point. The room was a bit small, but very cozy. A special thanks to the two foreign gentlemen at the hotel who were incredibly thoughtful and helpful, assisting us with things like booking a taxi and understanding how to take the high-speed train. I arrived in Korea on August 4th, during the hottest days of summer, and developed a skin allergy. I couldn't find a pharmacy, but the front desk gentleman patiently guided me there. 👍 I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Korea. It was a fantastic experience!

Booked this place for the aespa concert. Four of us stayed in the family suite; it was very spacious, fitting up to 6 suitcases. The room also had a refrigerator (cooling only). The owners are two foreigners and very friendly. We got free breakfast (bagels, ciabatta) upon check-in, which was delicious. I didn't take photos of the room because we arrived too late, but it looks exactly like the pictures uploaded by the hotel.
