We stayed for two consecutive nights and found the indoor soaking tub extremely comfortable. It was great to soak with my daughter, and it felt very clean. The room size was just right, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing could be a bit better. On the positive side, the hotel is located right next to the subway station entrance, making it extremely convenient.

The inquiry and luggage storage are on the first floor, while the check-in lobby is on the third floor. There's also a dermatology clinic in the same building, using the same elevator. A CU convenience store is downstairs, so the location is pretty good. Upon checking in, I was pleased that they accommodated my request for a high-floor room with a view 👍🏻. The room facilities were comprehensive, including a soaking tub and a vanity table, along with a wardrobe and luggage rack. The shower space was also decent! Because I only booked for two nights and hadn't reserved a room for subsequent nights, I had to change accommodations. So, I stored my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to pick it up in the evening, I didn't see anyone on the first floor, so I messaged the hotel via WeChat (the staff always replied instantly). Someone immediately came to the first floor to help me retrieve my luggage. After getting my bags, I was fumbling with arranging a taxi. SEHA, noticing I was a foreigner, used a translation app to ask if I needed help. She assisted me in calling a taxi, confirmed the location of my new hotel, and even saw me off to the car. So polite and wow, I was really touched! SEHA is amazing, all the hotel staff are wonderful!

This hotel is really great, my kids loved it. We'll definitely come back again. It's within walking distance to department stores for shopping, and Myeongdong is also very close, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Next time, I'd like to try a different room type.

The air conditioning in the room was working non-stop, and it seemed to be purifying the air too, as there was no strong, unpleasant smell. Downstairs, there are restaurants and a convenience store. You can top up your public transport card at the convenience store, and spend any remaining balance there. There's even staff who speak Chinese. Right across the road is a tourist attraction, and the subway station entrance is very close, making it super convenient for getting around. Myeongdong is just behind the hotel, and Seoul Tower is within walking distance.

The hotel is very new, clean, and the environment is very comfortable. The price is also reasonable. It's also very convenient nearby; there's a Starbucks and convenience store right outside. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Myeongdong.

Pros: The hotel is directly connected to an underground shopping area from which you can reach Myeongdong's main street via exit 15. The hotel also has YouTube access. Cons: 1. Housekeeping should really use 'do not disturb' or 'please make up room' signs. It was quite awkward when they knocked and, getting no answer, just let themselves in. I'm not sure if this is a cultural difference. 2. The soundproofing is terrible. If you're a light sleeper and your room faces the street, it will be very noisy. 3. Room cleanliness needs improvement; there were hairs on the bed and an unknown red stain on the pillow.

Excellent, very satisfied. It's close to Myeongdong and it's rare to find a place with a living room and two bedrooms, making it perfect for family travel.
