This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong, and Lotte Department Store and Shinsegae are also easily accessible on foot. There are plenty of convenience stores downstairs. It's a very comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room is spacious, with enough space to open luggage. It's close to the subway, making it convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The cleaning staff, who are Chinese, provide excellent service and replenish two bottles of mineral water daily. It's also very close to all the main attractions.

The hotel's location is super convenient, most attractions are within one or two kilometers, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right downstairs, which is great. However, it can get a bit noisy because of that. On our first night, just as we were about to go to sleep, the fire alarm went off. The announcement was only in Korean, not even English. We thought there was a fire, so we grabbed our essentials and rushed downstairs in a panic, only to find out it was a false alarm. My legs were literally shaking from the scare – I've never experienced anything like that in a hotel before. The alarm kept blaring until about 2 or 3 AM, which really disrupted our sleep.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's just a few minutes' walk to Myeongdong for shopping. Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, including BHC fried chicken and various BBQ restaurants. There's also a 7-Eleven right outside the door! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Overall, it's a great place. I've stayed twice and had a good experience each time. My friend forgot a travel adapter, and the front desk was kind enough to lend us one. The hot water in the shower was excellent, unlike some other hotels where it's barely warm.

The hotel is clean and nice. The location is also great being near to the subway line, Myeongdong and Seoul Station. The hotel also has a gym and provides coin laundry service and water cooler. Great experience staying here in many aspects!

The hotel service was excellent. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor where you get 50% off all drinks just by showing your room card! It's very clean, and you can self-check-in using a machine. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

Overall, my stay was just so-so. When I arrived, there were no king rooms available, so I had to settle for a twin room. The beds were a bit on the small side, though thankfully the room itself was quite spacious. The front desk staff's service attitude was really poor; they seemed very impatient during both check-in and when I stored my luggage, making for a very unpleasant communication experience. It's a shame the staff were so unhelpful, especially since most guests are tourists – the service details just didn't measure up, and the overall service experience left a lot to be desired.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super close to the subway station and Myeongdong shopping area. There are tons of BBQ restaurants, convenience stores, and Olive Young nearby, plus a Global ATM where you can withdraw cash. The front desk staff are English-speaking and very friendly. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and breakfast is available. I had a really comfortable stay for all three nights. The soundproofing is excellent, so I slept very well. There's also a self-service laundry room upstairs that takes coins; you can get change from the front desk.

Clean and tidy, with great service. It's super convenient as it's right next to a subway station, and there's a 7-Eleven and GS25 downstairs. Really good, I recommend it to everyone! 👍

My first stay here. I stayed at other hotels in Myeongdong before. Airport bus doesn't stop in front of the hotel as the hotel is by the alley. Bus 6701 stops in front of Plaza Hotel which is across the main street. About 5 minutes walk, if you know your way. I was a bit lost when I first got there but going back to take airport bus was a breeze. Location wise, many restaurants by Thomas hotel with 7-11 just few steps away. Lots of cafes around (well, this is Seoul! So many cafes, big and small) ABOUT 10 to 15 minutes walk to Shinsegae and Namdaemun and Lotte. The location is quiet, if you don't like the bustling and noisy main Myeongdong area. I booked the room that is 22sq meter. Good for 2 people. They clean your room every day. Washer and dryer on 12th floor if you need to wash your clothes. Plus there is a microwave oven and a big water machine (with cold and hot mode) in the laundry room. They do provide 2 bottles of bottle water each day. And free luggage storage at the lobby if you checked out and need to go walk around before you head to airport. Overall, I like it here!

Tucked away in an alley, it was a bit tricky to find at first. The self check-in and check-out process was convenient, and the location was decent. The subway station isn't far, and you can even walk to the duty-free shop and Myeongdong.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room size was just right for three people. We had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our first time in Seoul, location is unbeatable! super close from City Hall Station, Night Market, Good restaurants and walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace. Our family room was spacious and clean, the staffs were very helpful and friendly too. They do need to improve their breakfast though, it’s the only thing I could give 3 stars 😢 rather than that everything else was great! Downstairs they have really good coffee and it’s half price too when we show them our room key 😊 We’ll be back for sure and stay at Thomas Hotel in the future.
