there was a huge cockroach inside, had to open the door and wait for it walking out of the room. except that the room overall was not bad

體驗感非常差，這是motel而不是hotel，注意了各位。
入住當晚才發現是晚上10點check in，而且保存行李也只是放在電梯門口，一點也不安全。
酒店大堂的殘疾人士男女廁根本沒有得鎖住，本人上廁所上到一半被外面的人打開廁所門，作為酒店接待員也沒有阻止他人開門，十分失望且震驚。
另外，一打開床就發現被煙頭燙穿的床單。我想請問，鋪床的時候是沒發現這個洞嗎？還是是故意的？
廁所的自動廁所，一直發出聲音，導致睡眠很差。
總的來說，這間酒店不值得這個價錢，並且體驗感很差。

連泊する方は辞めた方が良いです！
1度チェックアウトしてまたチェックインしろとのことで
追加料金を支払いました
チェックインも22:00からと遅いです。
部屋は他の方の言っていますが
服をかけるスペースがありません
あと、入った時窓がすべて開いていて
暖房が選べず寒かったです
