On the night of check-in, I found out that check-in was at 10pm, and the luggage was only stored at the elevator door, which was not safe at all. The men's and women's toilets for disabled people in the hotel lobby were not locked at all. I was halfway to the toilet when someone outside opened the toilet door. As a hotel receptionist, I did not stop others from opening the door. I was very disappointed and shocked. In addition, as soon as I opened the bed, I found sheets burned through by cigarette butts.
