ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun

The hotel is located near City Hall Station, just one stop away from Myeongdong (Euljiro 1-ga Station, Line 2). Exit 9 of City Hall Station has an elevator, which is very convenient for managing luggage. There's a slight slope leading up to the hotel entrance, but it's not a big deal. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and my room was already ready, so I was able to check in early. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. The hotel also has a gym and a pool available, which I unfortunately didn't get to use this time. The room itself is very spacious. The king-sized bed is huge, easily big enough for two people. The bathroom is also quite large and comes with a bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, a comb, and a shower cap. Disposable slippers are also included, so you don't need to bring your own. The only thing you'll need to bring is a toothbrush, though you can purchase one at the hotel for 1000 Korean Won. The soundproofing at night was good; I didn't hear any loud noises. In the morning, you might hear a faint sound of doors opening outside. Downstairs, there's a popular clam noodle restaurant and an upcoming Mega Coffee shop. The only downside is that the CU convenience store downstairs isn't open 24 hours, and there are no other convenience stores nearby. You'll need to buy anything you need before returning to the hotel.

The room was pretty good, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it's convenient for getting around.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The large vanity was perfect for my daily makeup routine. The bed was huge, the sheets were fresh with no strange odors, and the pillows were so comfortable and supportive I fell asleep instantly. The room was incredibly quiet, with excellent soundproofing. Highly recommend!

This hotel saved me a lot of time on my trip. Firstly, it's conveniently located at City Hall Station, which is an interchange for Lines 1 and 2, so most major attractions are directly accessible by subway. The restaurants downstairs at the hotel are also great; I tried several and none of them disappointed. And the hotel's body lotion is really good!

The family room was great; the large bed easily fit two people, and the room was clean. There are lots of food options right next to the hotel. I especially loved the clam noodle soup restaurant diagonally across from the main entrance – the clams were fresh and sweet, and the seafood pancake had plenty of ingredients. The hotel is not far from Exit 9 of City Hall Subway Station, BUT! Exit 9 is quite a walk inside the station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Myeongdong, BUT! When we had a lot of shopping bags at night, taxi drivers didn't want to take us because it was too close, telling us to just walk, which was really frustrating. Overall, it's pretty convenient, and the room is spacious enough to spread out all our stuff on the sofa. Good value for money!

Great location and excellent service. The room was quite spacious for Seoul standards. They even tidied up my messy clothes when I got back. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!
