L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE HOTELS

Location is superb but as a 4star hotel the condition and service of the hotelier is not to standard. Otherwise is good.

Good service! The hotel management gave us side by side rooms. The standard triple room had a different decor compared to our standard double room. It looked like it wasn't remodeled, hence it looked more like the typical thousands of hotel rooms out there in the world. My sons were happy that they each got their own beds. The vanity area is smaller than the one in our double room, but has space to place own toiletries. Decent shower area and a smart toilet made the stay comfortable.

The hotel located in the heart of Hongdae street. Just a shirt walk from subway station. Room was clean and has modern yet minimal interior. Will be back again.

I lived in 823 room for 6 nights, some opinions I made for this trip. 1. Location L7 is good, you can go shopping and dining whenever you wish to. 2.Staffs in L7 are nice and efficient. They are helpful and communicate with you smoothly in English at front desk. 3. However their hardware like carpet and flushing system is not good in condition. I called two times for repairing flushing system. The walls and carpet need to replace or renovate. 4. Nearby L7, there are some construction sites. Noise is a bit affect the lower floor room, especially in the early morning.

We stayed the largest room, and all of us felt relaxed and happy to stay here for 3 nights. I’m sure that I’ll choose L7 hotel HONGDAE again if we visit Seoul next time. Thanks~
