H Avenue Hotel Kondae Seongsu Reviews

Great hotel, it's clean, in a good location, has a bar/restaurant inside but not included in price. They do give you a discount if you're staying at the hotel, the service is good and everyone is nice. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars is the old sheets they use, they need to buy new ones, the ones in my room look thined out from constant use and wash, they have that old look and loss of color. In this case the white sheets get darker in certain areas where it's thined out. No breakfast but they have lunch and dinner so you can choose if you eat there or somewhere else which is a nice option to have. The food and drinks I had at the restaurant were delicious, overall good hotel stayed 5 nights at a reasonable value.

It’s a decent hotel, for a reasonable price. It’s quite far away to walk to the subway, around 15-20 mins. There is a bus stop right in front of the main entrance though. Lots of convenience stores nearby, which is convenient. However, some of the rooms smell like cigarettes and smoke, even thought it’s stated that it’s a non smoking room. Luckily, they helped us to change rooms the next day.

Room was clean just nice for couple. Can only fully open one big luggage. Staff was friendly

The location and the stylishness were great! However, the shower room did not drain properly (maybe it was just designed not to drain well?) and was uncomfortable, so if this bothers you, you may want to be careful.

Untidy bed sheets

I wouldn't say it was particularly clean, but it wasn't a problem. The window screen was torn, so I was a little worried about insects getting in. The location was great, about 10 minutes to Conde Station, and a cheap taxi ride to Seongsu was also great. The airport limousine bus also stops at Conde Station, so it was easy to get back. The staff were also very friendly.
