The hotel is in ok condition as it is relatively new, customer service barely speaks any english, the frontdesk male staff has this very rude attitude when I requested for early checkin, refusing to give us an earlier room. the hotel is FULLY BOOKED and you will be able to see many people checking in and out every morning. Rooms are very dusty and understaffed with the cleaning staff, left the room in the morning 9.00am and came back around 4.00pm and the room is still not freshen up, staff are stretched to the limit and no additional help for the staff. Horrible experience overall. the rooms are also super noisy from the trains passing by, do not book t his hotel if you want a quiet peaceful night's sleep

Room was clean!! Staff were friendly and spoke English.
Price was significantly lower than the shopping districts ones and rightfully so; it's quite a distance away, haha.
However would still consider this hotel since it's super near to Line 1 and a short walk away from Line 5 (the purple one).
There are a few convenience stores nearby and a 24h self cook ramen shop too.
We had a short stay so didn't manage to walk the food area right opposite the hotel. it looks very busy at night
We were at level 17 and facing the train tracks which could be a bit noisy.
Breakfast was at 18k won per pax. Didnt have much variety but good enough for the belly
The airport bus from airport is nearby! Once u exit the bus u can see the hotel building. The airport bus to Incheon is opp, outside McDonald's.

The hotel provides a super big sized king bed across all rooms. It is located next to a mall, has 3 olive young nearby, and our booking came with a free olive young discount voucher. Overall a comfortable stopover.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is slightly far from the popular areas but it was convenient travelling around by local transport. Hotel is also close to lines 1 and 5 stations.

The hotel location is great, just 6 mins walk to Yeongdeungpo station which really very convenient to anywhere. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks very fluent english, gives good information and directions I need. The surrounding restaurants are closed very late at night. Plus point there is Starbucks and a
convenient shop next to the hotel.
Will definitely be back to this hotel next year in spring. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great stay at Fairfield by Marriott Seoul! Super convenient with an airport bus stop right by the hotel. Lots of yummy food nearby (even a really good tteokbokki place just across the street). Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
