Very good location and reasonable rate in the area, but the drainage system in the shower room is yet to improve

This hotel is really nice! 🏨 It's a short walk from both the subway and bus stations. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, perfect for grabbing breakfast. You'll also find Olive Young close by. It's convenient for visiting Han River Park and Hyundai Department Store. Myeongdong is about 40 minutes away. Service: The front desk staff are beautiful and polite, and the security guards are also very courteous. Highly recommend staying here. Great value for money!

Room was extremely spacious, was able to open both of my suitcases and still have room to walk around. Also received a free upgrade to a room with the jacuzzi so that was a very nice bonus! The hotel also had a weighing scale at the lobby and that helped us with packing and keeping within the luggage weight limits for our flight back 😅

Good value for money as each flat is relatively large for what you pay and fully equipped for a longer stay. Hotel is well situated with easy access to plenty of stores, restaurants and markets nearby as well as public transport options to get around town. Concierge desk is staffed 24 hours and has warm and friendly service. Room cleaning is available daily. The only area of improvement is that the interior lighting can be brighter.

The hotel was better than I expected. The staff was able to speak English and friendly. The room and facilities inside, including the bathtub, were clean. I stayed for 4 nights and hotel offered to change linen every day or every other day. I didn't want to be bothered so I picked up my towels and bottled water every night when I return to hotel. Location was very convenient. Just a few minutes walk to metro station.

Excellent location, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel was very understanding about our late check-in due to travel issues, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. We had a great stay.

Nice and cozy place to stay, but a little bit far from the main Seoul attractions ( 30 min by subway) but really close to Mapo-gu ( a quarter like the 11th in Paris). However, if you want to experience the normal life of Seoul, this is a better place to stay.

Good place to stay, everything on above average level. Had some issues with cleaning service, but staff was helpful and friendly, trying to resolve the problem quickly. Location is amazing, with everything you need located nearby.

I was searching for a hotel and came across Hotel Loft by happy accident. I was intrigued by the pictures that were featured in their ad and it suited my style. I decided to take a bus trip and check the vibe myself and wow! So very eclectic and when I asked how much it was to stay there, Trip.CIM had a better price and I got it for a steal. I enjoyed my nice long soak and the very comfortable bed. The black out curtains were much appreciated. It was surprisingly quiet, too. My only complaint was that they kept taking the bath robes away and didn’t give me fresh coffee cups. No big deal. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

I'd stayed here before and really liked it, so I booked it for a friend this time. They also thought it was great – very convenient, spacious rooms, and quiet at night.

One of our top 3 hotels throughout our 3 week holiday in Korea. Staff members were trained and professional and the cleaning team was friendly and nice. We love our loft style room - more than adequate for 2 adults with large luggage bags and we love the free standing bathtub as well as the separate shower. Location was brilliant - close to many restaurants and cafes and walkable to many hot spots and to metro stations.

Location wise, it was perfect. Just a few minute walk from one of the major subway stations in Seoul. Felt quite safe returning late at night. But the room furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The mattress was beginning to sink. The lighting was too dim. Even in the broad daylight, the room remained dark. The uploaded photo of the bathroom area is lot brighter than it actually was. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but smoke order lingered in the toilet room – had to spray it with Febreze when using the toilet. Had a major issue with the room key card multiple times. The front desk staff gave various reasons as to why the door wouldn’t open. It was finally fixed after the third time of total inconvenience and frustration. Totally unacceptable. The only redeeming part of this stay was the lovely housekeeping staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was clean and well provided for in a timely manner.
