Environment: The room environment was pretty good, but it got very cold at night. The window was drafty, and since the bed was right under it, it was quite chilly. Facilities: It wasn't very soundproof, which might have something to do with my room's location. Cleanliness: It was quite clean. There was a slight odor, but the bedding was acceptable. For the price, I'm satisfied with a room like this. Environment: The location is excellent. Taxis and navigation are very accurate. Overall, it's pretty good, and there's even a small courtyard and common areas for guests to relax, which I think is great. The convenient location makes it easy to get anywhere.🫰🏿🫰🏿🫰🏿🫰🏿

This was an absolutely terrible stay. 1. The room was exceptionally small. Although it was advertised as a twin room, the two beds were pushed together upon arrival, leaving just a tiny space for a small table. This didn't match the pictures shown during booking. 2. The walls in our room were drafty. Even with the windows tightly shut, cold air kept seeping in. With Seoul's sub-zero temperatures (around -10°C), the room was extremely cold. The air conditioner only provided cooling, and the underfloor heating wasn't warm enough. The front desk informed us at check-in that they had to adjust the underfloor heating themselves (and the front desk closed at 10 PM, so we just froze overnight when it got too cold). 3. The soundproofing in the room was incredibly poor. The people in the next room were still chatting at 4 AM, and I could clearly hear everything they were saying. It was very noisy and offered absolutely no privacy. 4. The room had a strange odor, which I believe was coming from the bathroom drain. 5. There wasn't even a basic toothbrush cup in the room. While we brought our own disposable toiletries, it seems a bit off for a room not to even provide a basic cup. 6. The bedding was very mediocre, and the pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable. It was truly a horrible experience. The guests in the next room came back very late after drinking, and I could hear their conversations clearly from my room, which was incredibly noisy. I couldn't get to sleep until 4 or 5 AM. I paid about 1000 RMB for this terrible room, and the price absolutely did not match the quality. That's all I have to say.

Everything’s just nice and convenient. There are a few convenience stores on the way to the lodge.

The location is super convenient, really close to Myeongdong. There are tons of great food options and plenty of shopping too. Just a friendly tip: don't book flights to Incheon Airport; Gimpo is much closer.

Location - near to myeongdong street, just little uphill but still ok for me. Near convenience store. Room is clean and best thing has tv with netflix. Room is quite big for me as solo traveller, if u are muslim, this room has enough space to pray. I come during winter but the floor heater is not working well but receptionist give me portable heater and it helps me a lot. Will definitely book this guesthouse whenever i come to seoul

The room was very clean and tidy. They offered cleaning and breakfast service. The front desk staff was very patient and could speak both Korean and English.

The location is very close to Myeongdong, you can cross the street by using the underground to the opposite site. The room is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. 💖💖💖💖💖

Plenty of great food nearby. Myeongdong is easily accessible, and the subway is also very close by. Though compact, the room was very clean. Overall, very satisfied!

The room had a strange sewer smell. Don't stay here! It was a truly disgusting odor.

Wonderful cosy place

Well placed hotel, middle of town. Room a bit small for four, but anyway, we did not hear noise (as we were expecting from other comments), so this was good.

The bathroom was a bit small, but everything else was fine.

A cozy hotel with its own unique charm

The Oyo lodge was well-located, with a simple breakfast and ok coffee. The price you paid was reasonable, but our only complaint was the room's smell. I don’t know if it is the cleaning products they use or some smells from the shower/bathroom area, but they need to fix it. It was very unpleasant.
