the worst hotel I ever stayed in... This is how the make up of the bed photo 1 looks nice and photo 2 is what I see after opening up🫤. The cup was not washed at all. Stay for 3 Days bot water, coffee and tea did not refll ...

Location was great and on site parking was convenient! No much to the room and staff was friendly enough.

To close the Dundenmong area, I can not turn on the AC because I did not find the remote controller.

The hotel is too terrible causing me to leave my first comment. I have stayed at the designer suite for one night and deluxe double room for the other night. The first time I checked in, the receptionist can’t speak English, so I asked what do I sign for and she yelled to me. The designers’ suite is big and look the same like as the pictures but dilapidated and kind of dirty. I found hair on the pillow and stains on the bed sheet. The second time at deluxe double room looks better than the suite. They called me before check out time, they called me again because I have already being late for couple minutes, the staff was very rude by warning me with threat. However, I knew I am wrong so I tell her I will be down right now politely. She did not made responses and cut off the phone directly without saying anything. Overall, pillow with long hair and stains on bed sheet are also big no for me, and some staffs are really rude. But the design here is special and the price is low. It is a hotel not for someone looking for comfortable staying but cheap price and short staying.

It was horrible. Bad hygiene same bedsheets every day. They don’t even make up the bed properly. I asked for a different room but that room also had te same problems and mold etc..

There was hair in the bathtub and the surfaces were covered in dust and oil. The hotel management didn't do anything to make up for it either.

The location of the hotel is good, just opposite airport limo and near to subway station.

The room was exactly as it was in the photos, with the only detail that in the photos the room looked clean. When I got to the room, the first thing I noticed was an unpleasant smell and the floor and walls looked dirty. And the worst of all and what made me most indignant was when I went to the reception to ask for a room change because I didn't feel comfortable there, When I went to reception I spoke politely and calmly at all times, but that girl at reception raised her voice and looked at me in a displeased way And besides yelling at me in front of everyone, she come up to my room to tell me that I had used the bathroom.

The room is to small… and the lighting is a bit dark… maybe cause of the wall was painted with black colour

great stay will choose it again if visiting back

The room size is very small, the service is just ok. I stayed there for not more than 8 hours. The room was quite clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected

The hotel room was not very impressive. everything old needs to be updated. I would not recommend it to a family with a child. Also no hygiene kit was included. Although other hotels are all inclusive. There was no street view from the room although we booked with a street view. Next time we will be more careful when we book a hotel in Seoul.
