Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Great location too! The front desk staff downstairs are super friendly and speak English fluently, so communication is a breeze. The room comes with a washing machine. If you need to dry your clothes, just ask at the front desk. This is a must-stay if you want to experience the pojangmacha (street tent bar) culture. The entire street downstairs is bustling with young people drinking and socializing at night. There's a vending machine downstairs where you can buy things like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and laundry detergent. It's very close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, about a 15-minute walk. Ordering takeout is also super convenient! 👍

The central location was a definite plus. Don't expect much from the room; it's small and really only suitable for sleeping. The cleanliness was good too.

Location is right within few mins of shops and small cafes, restaurants. Not the fancy part of Seoul but definitely lively area and walkable to other areas, palaces. The hotel itself is like an apart hotel, each room is equipped with washing machine, fridge etc. Staff is truly amazing and super helpful. Downsides are rooms are small (similar to most this type hotels in Seoul) so if you have more than 1 luggage or 2 people, will be very uncomfortable except 1-2 nights. But you get what you pay for, definitely not a rip off. Bathrooms don’t have separation for shower, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when you shower but if you’re extra careful you will be fine. Overall if you’re staying few nights, highly recommend it. For long stays rooms feel too small even for 1 person.

Location was a bit far from main shopping area however staff were nice and friendly.

Great location right outside Ikseondong. Lots of cafes and food choices. Room a bit small but it's a trade off for location. Would stay again.

The place it well-located, and the stuff is very friendly. Free water is available. There's a nice roof top with a city view.

Location is very good~

Aircon was shutting every two hours, so bothersome. When you sleep then suddenly aircon stops then you need to open again. Cannot sleep. The only great thing here is the location. 😅

Location is biggest advantage when booked here. It’s practically next door to Ikseondong, fancy cafes & plenty of shopping. Insadong is 15min walk Room has no view, which we don’t mind. Window is well tinted, sound proof is good, we slept till late daily. The male receptionist seemed to be the only employee throughout our 5nights stay, he covers all maintenance work, providing information & assisted with drying our laundry

Very mixed feelings about this place. The pros are very good location and kind staff. WiFi worked perfectly well, too. However, the room I stayed in was quite sad. It was so small that it was not possible to open my suitcase. The bed was very hard. The fridge was super loud, so I had to switch it off to have some sleep. There was a stove, but utensils had to be rented for a fee. There was a washing machine, but no detergent (you have to go ask at reception). No kettle (need to ask at reception). Of course, no tea/coffee as well. Microwave is in the corridor (shared). The shower didn't have any cabin or curtain, so after you use it, all the bathroom is wet and you can't use it until it dries or you wipe it with a towel. There's no cleaning unless you schedule it at reception. As a result, patrons put their rubbish outside their rooms and the corridor looks like a landfill in the morning. All in all, I can't recommend the place for a longer stay at all. A couple of nights might be quite OK though.

Very Good!

I liked it here. Although the room is tiny, it has everything you need during the stay. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Definitely a place to stay for the next vacation.
