24 Guesthouse Seoul City Hall Reviews

The location was excellent, very close to Exit 1 and Exit 12 of Subway Line 2. There were convenience stores, Olive Young, and many restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were very helpful. We were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The building is open 24 hours, so we could leave easily even in the early morning. The price was also very reasonable for such a central location. I would definitely stay here again.

Good: Room with window (the best choice) Location: close to an Olive Young, convenience store, restaurants and coffee shops. Myendong and Lotte tower (you can walk). Deoksugung and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Check-in y check-out very fast There is elevator Cons There is a washing machine but no dryer.

Good facilities

Fantastic location, I can walk to a lot of places around. Many food choices, cafes and convience shops within walking distance. Guesthouse is a bit old, but it's clean. The staff are helpful and friendly too. If you are sensitive to nosie, this will not be for you, you can hear the streets and people moving outside the room.

As decent for a one night stay, would not stay here for more than 2 nights due to the comfort.

Guesthouse is located very well! Close to subway and more than enough restaurants. Had a good stay and room is fitted with all the necessities needed for a memorable trip.

Overall it’s convenient because it’s near at exit 1 at city hall station, also to the famous Gyeongbokgung (경복궁) palace. The amenities, you are free to use it but with care 😉

Great location, but the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning smelled sour. It was also quite dirty. It might be okay for a quick, cheap stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a trip with friends.

10/10 score for Disappointing If you don’t mind dirty walls and a crammed room, this hostel is totally for you! If you don’t mind bedding that has holes in it and a noisy outside environment, this hostel is totally for you! And lastly, if you don’t mind paying a high price for zero service with absolutely no added extras, this hostel is totally suited for you! In our case, we have no desire to recommend this to anyone and won’t be returning in the future!

The location is superbly and toilet is clean But the room is quite small and a bit noisy when people open and close the door and walking

The space is enough for 4 people in the room of bunkbed, but if you bring a big luggage it's quite tight. Share bathroom inside the room with the amenities body soap, shampo and rinse, per bed got 2 small towels each. Location just next to city hall, some history landmark just by walking distance. Room only cleaned when someone check out. In front of the front desk they have coffee station which I enjoyed the instant coffee and simple breakfast that I bought from closest GS25

It's pretty clean and staff are friendly. You can borrow a charger or adapter from the front desk.
