Hotel Skypark Kingstown Dongdaemun

The room size was just right, not too big, not too small, and it had a balcony with a great view for watching the sunrise – absolutely stunning! I’ve uploaded pictures of the view at different times of the day for everyone’s reference. The transportation is incredibly convenient; there are several subway lines right downstairs to choose from, and as soon as you step out, there are all sorts of dining options. The mall is also right downstairs, making it super easy to buy anything you need! Most importantly, I love to run, and this hotel is very close to Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is a dream come true for running enthusiasts! It's a 5km one-way run, making it 10km round trip! Fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also a highlight; the fried chicken, noodles, and mixed salads were absolutely delicious! Plus, the front desk staff were very friendly. When we arrived, there was even a guide who spoke Chinese, which was very nice! I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Unforgettable Seoul, you brought me endless surprises!

Before my trip, I was overwhelmed trying to pick a hotel in Myeongdong. I then changed my strategy and opted for Dongdaemun, which is just two subway stops away from Myeongdong, and it turned out to be a very wise choice. The hotel lobby is on the 14th floor, a large spacious hall. Check-in is done via self-service machines, but there are also staff members available. Initially, my friend and I had separate rooms, but a Chinese-speaking staff member kindly helped us switch to adjoining rooms. They were truly friendly. There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven right next door. The room wasn't large but it was very clean, and we had no problem opening two small suitcases. Breakfast was good, and you can even see N Seoul Tower from the upper floors. The subway, airport bus, restaurants, and shopping malls are all nearby. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The room size is decent. The lobby is on the 14th floor. The facilities are comprehensive. The price is a bit high during peak season, but still acceptable. It's right near Dongdaemun, and the airport shuttle bus stop is also close by. It should be located near Novotel. The clothing wholesale market is nearby, and there's an outlet store downstairs, as well as Olive Young. There are many restaurants around, serving everything from barbecue to noodles and rice dishes. The breakfast was very good and quite rich.

I stayed for three days. I can understand not changing the sheets and having to pay for toiletries, but not taking out the trash is unacceptable. Even though I gathered all the trash in one place for the staff, they completely ignored it. I found it very strange and disappointing.

This was my first stay here, and I booked a standard room with a balcony – the experience was excellent. First, the front desk service was fantastic. To my surprise, there was someone who spoke Chinese! Check-in was done on a machine, which was very simple and convenient, and check-out was equally quick and easy. Second, I really loved the overall ambiance of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. Third, the hotel breakfast lived up to its many rave reviews – it was incredibly rich and varied. You could make your own Korean bibimbap or cook and season your own noodles. Both the Chinese and Western options were great. Finally, the hotel's location is also very good, with many great restaurants nearby. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending!

The airport transfer is super convenient; the breakfast area is lovely and the food is delicious. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby! The subway station isn't far, and Cheonggyecheon Stream is within walking distance. This will be my first choice for accommodation in Seoul next time!

The location is truly excellent. From Incheon Airport, you can take the express train to Seoul Station, then transfer to Line 4 and get off at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station. It was raining these past two days, but after exiting the subway, a 3-minute walk through the blue dome underground passage led directly to the hotel. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Check-in and check-out are done on the 14th floor, while the staff on the ground floor are very friendly and helpful, even though they only handle greetings and inquiries. The room size is decent, but the only drawback is having to shower in a small bathtub, which is quite inconvenient. It would be much better if there was a separate glass shower enclosure. The duvet is light, soft, and very comfortable. A heads-up: using the washing machine and dryer each cost 5,000 KRW.

The hotel is quite convenient, with two subway stations nearby. On the 14th floor where check-in is located, there's a 7-Eleven that sells subway passes. We stayed for four nights, and the room was cleaned daily. However, there's a charge if you use the toothbrushes provided in the room.

The room was spacious and had two showers. The hotel's location is excellent, with a modern outlet mall right downstairs, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. You can also get here via the 6001 airport bus; it's less than a 10-minute walk from the airport exit, very easy to find.
