The location is quite convenient. There's a mall right downstairs, and the supermarket in the basement has plenty of dining options and cafes. It's not far from the subway either. You don't need to bring your own power adapter, just a toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a BBQ restaurant right downstairs too, which is very handy.

They cleaned my room, and somehow a vape pen appeared. When I told the hotel, they casually said someone from housekeeping must have accidentally left it behind after cleaning other rooms??? Don't stay here, just don't! It's terrible.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hyundai Department Store, within walking distance, but the surrounding area is quite quiet. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which is rare for Seoul, offering plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped at all. However, the washbasin was poorly designed and felt narrow even for one person, with no space to put toiletries or personal items, which was a bad experience. For three consecutive mornings, glass cleaning started on the building exterior around 8 AM. The construction noise was disruptive to sleep.

The biggest issue with this hotel is that the concierge staff doesn't help guests with their luggage. The doormen are great; they'll open car doors and bring your bags into the hotel. But once your luggage gets to the concierge, they just push it towards you and motion for you to take it to your room yourself. It's truly speechless. Both times I've stayed, no one has brought my suitcase to the room. Their lack of service awareness is a real letdown and significantly impacts the check-in experience. I probably won't be staying here again.

Highly recommended hotel. It's very modern and comfortable. The staff were communicative and provided excellent service. There's a side entrance directly into the Hyundai Department Store, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. You can also access IFC via an underground passage. Compared to the bustling Gangnam area, Yeouido is much quieter.
