I guess for the price it’s not a bad hotel, the breakfast shown on pictures isn’t what we got, it was pretty limited compared to what we thought we’d get. The room was spacious and had a working fridge and lovely shower and bath. Conveniently located next to a train station which made travelling to anywhere we wanted very convenient. Overall an average hotel

My second stay here at this hotel. Perfect location for attending concerts at KSPO dome. There is a subway train not that far. And a 10min walk to the airport bus. Toiletries - you will have to bring your own. There is a vending machine at reception if you forgot to bring your own. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. And next door there is a 24/7 laundromat

Very bad experience. Had a problem and the hotel refused to accommodate us. The ice machine never has ice in it. The fridge in the room was completely iced up, yet it did not cool what was put in. One towel given for two people for a two night stay, had to go and fetch more ourselves. Breakfast does not look like the photos provided. Front desk never answers when called from the room. Only local TV channels. No Netflix or YouTube. Rubbish was not collected from the room. What a bad experience for our last hotel in Korea. The only positive is the location - near subway station with many restaurants around. Rooms: Room was small. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Pillows very hard. Slept without them.

Good location with onsite parking. The bed was a little uncomfortable and light switches were in inconvenient places. Overall an alright stay for a short time.

Not easy to find the hotel because it is cramp in-between office tower and back street. The hotel has no card access system ..anyone can walk straight to the room. Which is a priority for security . But overall I prefer the jamsil hotel near to Lotte World Mall.

Location of the hotel, excellent. Not noisy. Room is not small, took the lowest priced room. Breakfast was included in the price. I liked the friendly staff, they speak a little English. There is luggage storage available, which was very valuable, under their care allowed to leave. Parking lot. Didn't like that there was dust in the room which was cleaned up afterwards. Overall for the price I am satisfied.

Definitely a motel and not a hotel. Good location. Not thaaaaat bad for a night (not good either), but definitely wouldn't stay longer. There is quite a bit of dust all over, specially room corners and around the ac unit, but the main areas were cleanish. The bed was fine. They also rent rooms by the hour, so you know what that means. Didn't really bother me as there was little noise after ~11pm.

Room condition wasn’t good. It was weird. The room was in need of repairment. Whole night there was a noise which disturbed me alot. Breakfast also matters, not enough food. Mostly, rice, kimchi, and milk. I don’t recommend this hotel.

located is not bad hotel is clean

It's not overly clean, but it's clean and value-for-money. The facilities look a bit older than they look in the photos, but it's still close to the food alley, and for this price in Jamsil, it's not bad!

Very bad and dirty, don't step into the pit. It doesn't match the pictures posted on the platform

The room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately the staff doesn't speak any other languages than Korean. Communication is very difficult.

The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that I can't pay extra to park until 5am the next day. The room is clean and close to the subway. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can get to coex quickly by subway.
