Henn-na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong Reviews

The hotel is incredibly cheaply laid out considering they’re charging 800,000KRW per night ( USD 600 + ) the room and bathrooms are as small as it gets. Think of the Toyoko inn. If you’re a big dude weighing 300 pounds or more maybe don’t try to stay here, you won’t fit on the toilet bowl, neither would you fit on the twin beds.

We booked this last minute, mainly because our flight arrived at 3 AM and we had 12 hours until check-in at the hotel next door. So we decided to book a room at the Robot Hotel next door just to freshen up. However, upon arrival, they told us that all three of us could shower, but after showering, one of us had to leave because only two people were allowed to sleep in the room. Once we got to the room, there's nothing to say about it other than how cramped it was. This room cost us 423 MYR when we booked it, plus an additional 250 MYR paid on-site, totaling around 700 MYR. It was absolutely not worth it. The main issue was that the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush. I will definitely never book this hotel again. In the afternoon, I checked into the UH SUITE next door. For only 1123 MYR, we got two rooms with three double beds, a spacious living room and kitchen, plus a huge bathtub – it completely blew the other hotel out of the water. The picture attached is of the UH SUITE.

Everything was top notch. The staff is incredibly polite, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the administrator even helped order a taxi early in the morning. Breakfast is also good, there was a large selection of food. Thank you very much for the week at this hotel.

The hotel has a modern concept and a convenient location. However, the cleanliness was not as good as expected, and the automated check-in felt more like a gimmick than a useful feature there is room for improvement.

very convenient and there is some dinosaur decoration at the lobby which is cute

Close the metro, breakfast was simple but nice. Tiny room with separated bathroom and toilet. We could not control the air conditioner just by the control panel in room, call the staffs and they gave us an individual remote control and finally fixed the problem.

We manage to get top floor: twin bed Staffs were helpful Check in was amazing ( smooth and easy) RECOMMENDED

Clean and convenient location. Near to airport bus stop 6015.

clean and tidy

Very convenient, clean and hygienic hotel, impressive quick self check in service. I booked a 5 nights twin bedroom. The room was clean and tidy, the air in the room smell nice, the bedsheets were neat and clean. However, the shower room ventilation needs to be improved. Other than that, this hotel provides excellent complimentary breakfast, everything was perfect to me. Will definitely stay again next time.

The staff were helpfull and friendly, and it’s close to Myeongdong for shopping and food.

Great location, clean hotel. Room a bit small but toilet is clean But need improve….. asking for extra pillow don allow where they only given one pillow that all.

Excellent location right in the heart of Myeongdong. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and hassle‑free. The room is quite small and can’t fully accommodate two luggages. We stayed as a family of three, but only two pillows were provided. We requested an additional pillow but were informed that none were available. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

The location is super convenient.
