The location of the hotel is excellent, and check-in was very fast. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I really liked the big and comfortable bed. However, there is no real separation between the bedroom and bathroom—just a curtain, which is unusual. The toilet door is quite transparent, so you can see the silhouette, and the toilet was leaking

A good hotel in the center of Seoul with all the amenities. They don't provide toothbrushes, but that's common and depends on the hotel's capacity. Cleaning and linen and towel changes are provided daily.

read other reviews there is hair on the bed and there really is!
almost hair everyday after make up room
the faucer in bathroom is hard to use
the air con is a bit hard
overall is very convenient with bus stops and subway nearby
better to take escalator at exit 5

The hotel is conveniently located near the Seoul City Hall, bus stops and convenience stores. Staff are friendly. The lobby is bright but when you get to the rooms, the corridor is quite dark and dated. The room is good for a short stay; bathroom is small. If the lighting could be brighter than would be good. They have enough plug points. Limited counter space in the bathroom.

Its location is perfect. Near the City hall station and the airport limousine stop. It is also walking distance to important places in Seoul like Gwanghwamun square, Gyeongbokgung palace and Cheonggyecheon. The staff are also accommodating and very helpful.
This place is a little off the touristy streets and quiet at night so just perfect to have that reset a long day of travel and tour in the city.

My stay at the New Seoul Hotel was excellent. The gentlemen on reception helped me order a taxi and explained how to use the metro. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right by city hall. There are 3 metro stations within a 3 minute walk away. It’s easy to walk around the area too. I ended up coming back to Seoul and stayed at the New Seoul Hotel again. Thank you.
