The room was much bigger than it looked in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend checking out the bar on the 19th floor – 1914. You do need to order a drink per person, but it's totally worth it. I enjoyed my stay so much, I didn't want to leave even after several days!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the cleanliness has really gone downhill. They no longer provide complimentary disposable toothbrushes; you have to pay $3 for a set. There are also many other disposable items for sale. If a 5-star hotel can't provide these, they should just switch to a cheaper brand. Secondly, the disposable comb I got on the first night had no plastic packaging. On the third day, the comb provided had plastic packaging again. I wonder if the one on the first day was used. Thirdly, there was hair on the bath towel! That's just disgusting. Don't spend all the money on service; hygiene should be the top priority.

Overall, for Seoul, where finding new hotels is a challenge, this one is pretty decent (the facilities feel new). The Four Seasons was booked, and other options (old/many bad reviews) were simply not appealing. 1. The bedding is just okay, a bit firm. But generally acceptable. There's a Type-C port on the side of the headboard, so no adapter is needed. 2. The public areas are quite comfortable and spacious! The entrance is on B1, which offers good privacy (no ground-floor entrance). 3. The pool and sauna are also quite pleasant and worth checking out. 4. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast. For lunch that day, I opted for in-room dining, and the ox bone soup with rice was decent (perhaps because I was quite hungry). Booked through Trip.com, and they helped me get an upgrade to a corner river view room! Also, I was able to check in around 1:10 PM, which was great! Room service took about 20 minutes, very responsive! In the evening, I tried the lounge bar, which offered good value for money and a nice ambiance! By the way, although the in-room toothbrushes are marked as chargeable, they are essentially not charged. I guess it's a balance between Korean legislation and customer service, haha!

Great location, it's considered one of the best hotels in Seoul... and the rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels.

The rooms are quiet, spotless, and well-equipped, making this hotel my top choice for travel. It's ideally located, features high-end decor, and offers warm, thoughtful service. The environment is elegant, clean, and comfortable, with attentive service that made my stay truly excellent.

This hotel is very new, with excellent facilities and an artistic decor. It boasts its own Chinese restaurant and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the gym is also top-notch. I'd definitely love to stay here again!

Traveling alone to Seoul for some shopping and beauty treatments. This hotel came highly recommended, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. I've been to Korea many times, but Josun Palace is definitely my favorite. The attention to detail and luxurious feel are top-notch. The room service was incredibly delicious – a must-try! When I arrived, there were about four or five handsome guys opening the door and greeting me with 'Hello/Welcome,' which really made a great first impression. I'll definitely be back.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and very helpful. The location is super convenient and quiet, not noisy at all. Hot water was excellent, and the hygiene was top-notch. Great value for money – I'd definitely choose this place again next time. I've been to Seoul many times, and each time I've chosen good hotels, but I always felt there was a mismatch between the price and the amenities. This time, however, choosing this hotel finally gave me the feeling of staying in a luxury establishment. The service was excellent; everyone was polite and attentive. Because the weather was so cold, I didn't even want to go out, and the room service I ordered several times was delicious! Plus, the price was very reasonable for a five-star hotel. I highly recommend the steak jjajangmyeon and the galbi-jjim (braised short rib) rice! The hotel restaurant is incredibly difficult to book; I tried nearly a month in advance and still couldn't get a reservation, so those planning to go need to book much earlier.

Excellent hotel

Great location! The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's very comfortable and convenient for shopping. Plus, there's a street full of amazing food just a three-minute walk downstairs, perfect for late-night snacks.

Excellent! So many handsome guys! Love it. Service: The hotel's service is exceptionally good, all the staff are handsome. The environment feels totally luxurious, like something out of a chaebol's residence. I'll definitely be back next time. All five stars!

This is my second stay here, and it's still very comfortable and quiet. It's super convenient in Gangnam. The heating was incredibly warm, and they even upgraded my room. The dryer in the room was really useful!
