Booked 2 Queen size bedroom apartment for family stay for 8 days. Owner had given room number and door PIN numbers before our arrival. Location wise: the apartment is a short walking distance to Airport Limousine Bus terminal station, Hyundai departmental store, Coex Mall, Samseung train station, eateries and many more. There are also 2 convenience stores and few small eateries at ground & basement level of the building itself. Each apartment room is well equipped with all the necessary items- washing machine, dryer, kettle, fridge, hot stove, kitchen wares, table fan, clothes hangers, toilet amenities, wifi etc. The rooms do look a bit dated and cluttered with everything in it. The beds are comfortable. Can be recommended for budget conscious travellers who are non fussy about nice hotel ambience. Suitable for travellers who require some simple cooking with the necessary home facilities during the visit.

I wanted to find accommodation near Cheonggyecheon Stream, but since I was booking last minute, there weren't many places I liked. I stumbled upon this one, and the price was surprisingly low, so I decided to go for it. It's basically a studio apartment, and it seems a bit old, including the air conditioning. However, considering the price, it was pretty good. They provided towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. What I really liked was the bed. I tend to be a bit sensitive about where I sleep, so I was worried, but it was really comfortable. The surrounding area was also great, with a convenience store right downstairs and the subway station nearby. My only minor complaint is that since it's in Gangnam, getting to other popular spots was a bit of a trek, so the location was just okay in that regard. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

The location was a bit hard to find. I spent over ten minutes driving around with Gaode Maps, as it's tucked away between a few buildings, not on a main road. What helped identify it were the two convenience stores downstairs. It's essentially a renovated office building, which is quite common now. The environment is pretty good – nice, quiet, and clean. It's affordable and offers great value for money.

The venue is very close to the Coex exhibition center, making it easy to walk to. It has almost all the necessary facilities, but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is provided.

The environment is very cozy, the guesthouse is spacious, and the bathroom has no unpleasant odors. The best part is that for a 4-night stay during the May Day holiday, it only cost 1100 per person. The owner is very welcoming and sent an email beforehand with the room number and password. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and after I called, the owner came down to open the door for me. The downsides are that they don't clean the room unless requested, and upon check-in, they only asked for my name and didn't even check my ID, so security could be improved.

I booked this place for a conference at COEX. First of all, the location is extremely convenient: it's a 10-minute walk to COEX, 5 minutes to the subway station, with a convenience store and Olive Young right downstairs. There's an airport limousine bus stop near COEX, and shopping malls and duty-free shops are all within a 10-minute radius. I couldn't ask for a better location. Secondly, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need—a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, pots, pans, and tableware. It features both floor heating (ondol) and air conditioning. The room was clean and cozy, making for a fantastic stay. Considering the price per night, it was a truly perfect experience. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and I hope I can book it again next time I visit Seoul.

Great location, but the bedding had mites and I got countless bites. They really need to clean thoroughly. Maybe this is just how Airbnbs are, but for the price, it's unacceptable that it wasn't properly cleaned. If you're going, be prepared to get bitten by mites.

The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to Hyundai Department Store, and the subway station is right next door. Coffee shops, malls, and restaurants are all conveniently located.

This was my second stay here. The location is excellent, with subway and bus stops very close by. Hyundai Department Store and COEX Mall are also very near, so you'll have no trouble with shopping. There's also a convenience store on the first floor of the residence, which is super convenient. Another great thing is the freedom of staying here compared to a regular hotel. This time I stayed in Studio D, and the space was perfectly adequate. It also came equipped with a kitchen, iron, and washing machine. Both times, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. Depending on the room type, water from the shower might splash onto the toilet area, but it dries incredibly quickly, so I don't think it's a concern. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Everything was great except for a slight odor in the bathroom and a bit of dust on the floor. I'd definitely stay here again! ^^

The location is super convenient, right in front of COEX. It's easy to access Hyundai Department Store's Trade Center branch, and having a kitchen and washing machine made my stay very comfortable.

I'm leaving an honest review... I had to book a place near Samseong Station quickly, and since it's staycation season, most places were really expensive. Then I found and booked Khan Residence, which was in the perfect location. It's directly across from Hyundai Department Store, and the price for its location was incredibly cheap, which I thought was great... but I was a bit disappointed after checking in. The moment I opened the shoe cabinet, the smell... it was really something. The bed was low and hard, and sleeping was very uncomfortable. But the most important thing is that for the two nights I stayed, I slept with the lights on and the TV playing. T_T;; This is an accommodation facility converted from an officetel with great access to Samseong Station. Please keep that in mind.

This is a great place to rent for a short period when you have an event at COEX.
