Conveniently located with the 6701 airport bus right outside, though you need to catch it before 10:30 PM. After 11 PM, an Uber for just 40-50 km will cost over 510 RMB. From Incheon Airport, just check the map for your stop (locals call this place the Koreana Hotel) and take the airport bus.

Facilities: OMG, this is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in South Korea, facilities-wise, yet it's supposedly an old, established 4-star hotel here – help! Please take a look at the pictures. They're still using this trash can in a 4-star hotel, which is quite an eyesore. The furniture is really old, and the air conditioner vents are full of dust. The room had a strange smell, probably because it's sealed and the windows can't be opened, so there's no ventilation. I even peeked inside the heater cabinet... oh my goodness. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Location: It's a bit of a walk to Myeongdong and also to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff spoke decent English, but I didn't get accurate answers to some questions I asked via the Ctrip app.

Only stayed here for 1 night for an appointment close by. Had a really nice view early in the morning. Location is close to Myeongdong so worth the stay for the night market!

The room was spacious, very clean, and got tidied up daily. The soundproofing was excellent too. There's an airport bus from Incheon that drops you right at the hotel entrance, which is super convenient. The fare is about 85 RMB. The hotel is a 5-6 minute walk to Subway Line 2, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Myeongdong. Shinsegae and Lotte Department Stores are roughly 10 minutes away. Plus, there's a CU convenience store right downstairs. Overall, it's incredibly convenient and safe. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit! 😊

Pretty decent hotel, great value for money. I'd highly recommend staying here over other options. It's also super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right next door.

I stayed at the Koreana Hotel and here is my honest feedback: The Good: The location is excellent and very close to the Metro. It is also very convenient to reach Incheon International Airport using the 6701 Limousine Bus. The rooms are large and have great natural light. Areas for improvement: The hotel is very old (from 1972) and it doesn't look like it has been renovated. Everything feels outdated. The staff could be more attentive and friendly. The breakfast should include more healthy and nutritious options. Basic amenities were missing, such as disposable slippers and body lotion.

Location of the hotel is superb! It's very convenient if you take k-limuisine bus 6701 from the airport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. All sights of the city center are walkable, but subway and bus stops are also 5 min away, so you can discover all areas of this beautiful city. The staff were friendly and hospitable, don't expect checking in earlier than 15.00 through. Amenities of the hotel are quite old, but mostly okay. The breakfast is just perfect! So tasty and various, highly recommend to add them to your booking. The only thing that disappointed us was the lighting system of the first room. It was turning on and off automatically and randomly during the night, we've experienced a pure torture. Reception sent us an electrician few times, but he couldn't fix it, so we requested changing the room. Thanks to the staff, they found a new room quickly and made a little upgrade, so we finally could have a couple of hours of sleep. Overall it was a good experience, so I can recommend the hotel Koreans for your trip to Seoul!

The location is very convenient. The airport bus stop is right outside the hotel, so you can take bus 6701 directly from Incheon Airport. There's also a small convenience store right by the entrance, and Myeongdong is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, but overall the experience was great. Environment: The hotel is in a good location, right near Gwanghwamun, and you can see Namsan Tower from the window. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very thoroughly.

The only thing worth five stars was the breakfast manager (a man), because we were in a hurry in the morning and he allowed us into the restaurant ten minutes early, before 7 AM. Nothing else is worth recommending, neither the room facilities nor the price (poor value for money). Overall, I do not recommend it.

Location: Excellent, within walking distance to Myeongdong's main shopping area, Gwanghwamun, and Gyeongbokgung. Decor: Not old-fashioned at all, generally fitting for a 4-star hotel. Extra bed for children: On our first day, Trip.com stated that this room type allowed for paid extra beds, but the hotel said no. After discussing with them, they agreed to add a bed for subsequent bookings. A few days later, when we checked in again, the bed was already set up in advance, which shows their excellent service. Breakfast: Quite refined, with coffee prepared by the bar staff, good quality. Cons: 1. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, so bad odors lingered for a long time after using the toilet. 2. The shower door didn't close properly, leading to a lot of water overflowing onto the floor after every shower. We had to use multiple towels to soak it up. Hope these two points can be improved.

Dim room. Hair in drain. Several blood spot on bed. Noisy in early morning. Charge for early check in when I arrive after 12pm - all other hotels I stayed willing to offer free early check-in when room is available. Very poor experience. Never come back again

The room is great, perfect for families with kids, and it's convenient to walk everywhere.

Located near to City Hall subway. Clean room, efficient front desk. Hotel lobby smell great. Airport bus stop in front of hotel. Provide luggage storage. Enjoyed my stay there!!
