Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul

Everything was excellent. I've stayed here a few times, and experience is always very positive. Location is walking distance to the metro (~5mins) and Namdaemun market, with many restaurants and amenities in the vicinity. Room was spacious and clean. I've stayed here a few times and this is the first time my room had a nice view. Great job by the lady receptionist who helped me checked in. Hotel Reception/Service staff were friendly, helpful and beyond excellent. *Special thanks to both LOUISE and SOO, the 2 super helpful hotel receptionist trainee, Apparently, I was charged twice by the Kakao taxi and they went out of their way to assist me in calling the taxi driver and subsequently, helped to follow up to ensure I got my refund back. I am very grateful for their help and hope to see them next time when i visit again next year.

This hotel is best accessed by car. Getting there on foot from the stations, City Hall or Hoehyeon, is possible but you need to walk and weave through a lot of shops, people and crossroads. Sungnyemun/Namdaemun is majestic. You get to have a good view of it from this hotel.

Bed was amazing. Location fantastic. Toilet was broken but they fixed it immediately. Will definitely stay here again

We had a pleasant stay at Fraser Namdaemun Apartment. The room is comfortable and quiet. Overall it was a good experience, though some special requests I sent via email in advance were not fully arranged. Fortunately, this did not greatly affect our trip. The location is fantastic! All major tourist spots are within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I especially want to give high praise to the cleaning staff, who provided wonderful service. Would recommend for travellers exploring central Seoul.

Good location with excellent service. However, the room is at the standard size, not that big.
