This location had one of the most beautiful views of a city I’ve seen in my life. Truly incredible. Great staff as well and a 5 star gym.

I booked this room for 2300 a night with a friend. I saw some bloggers on Xiaohongshu saying the rooms were small and the ceilings were low, but honestly, it wasn't too bad (maybe because it was my first time staying at a 5-star hotel, so I don't know how good other 5-stars are). I'd recommend booking an afternoon tea on Naver. After checking in, change and enjoy afternoon tea. In the evening, the lobby has a total old money vibe, perfect for photos. If you're only staying one night, I highly recommend it, especially if you can get a good price! We originally booked a room with a regular view, but the front desk offered us a Namsan view room, though it was next to the elevator. They asked if we were okay with it, and we immediately said yes. However, if you're a light sleeper, definitely don't agree to it, because from around 6 AM onwards, you can hear the elevator going up and down.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Although it's located halfway up a hill, there's a shuttle bus for tourists to Myeongdong and Hannam-dong, and it's also very convenient to call an Uber or a taxi right outside. Excellent, far superior to Lotte Hotels. Conveniently located for easy access to Hannam-dong and Gangnam. The only drawback is that Korean taxi apps aren't very user-friendly; the GPS often seems inaccurate when trying to hail a cab. Perched on a hillside, getting around was a bit of a hassle, but the hotel itself felt very high-end. Check-in and check-out were excellent. However, the service at the Gallery and pool areas did not consistently reflect the level of hospitality I normally expect from Hyatt. If you convert time into money, this is much more reasonable. 🍀 Cafes in the central Hannam-dong area typically charge 5,500 to 7,500 KRW for an iced Americano. Hotel guests can buy an iced Americano from the 1st-floor deli for 6,500 KRW. ❤️ Wellness Point 2: There's a walking path connected to Namsan, so you can take a stroll after breakfast or even walk to Namsan Tower along the trail. ⭐ Truly the best! 🤗 Another great tip 👉 If you exit through the side path in the parking lot to the left of the hotel's main entrance (instead of the main entrance itself), you'll find Korean restaurants, convenience stores, and rooftop cafes.
