The child suddenly had a high fever and vomited. The hotel counter staff promptly changed the sheets without any unpleasant attitude. The service was really good. If a water dispenser could be added to the facilities, it would be more convenient to use. There is no need to go to the counter to ask for bottled water.

It should be a newly renovated hotel. There are many wreaths celebrating the opening. There are staff at the front desk 24 hours a day, who can communicate in English and have a good attitude. Check-in and check-out are very fast. No deposit is required, but a credit card is required (it seems to be used to record the card number). Convenient transportation, the hotel is right next to the main road, and there are subway stations and bus stops within a few hundred meters nearby, all on the same road. It's close to Jonggak Station and there's a great coffee shop nearby where you can get an Americano for 1,000 won!
There are also two convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, so it was convenient.
Anguk Station is also close.
The hotel front desk staff were polite and responded quickly when I had any problems.
Some staff members spoke Japanese.
The hotel room was clean, had the bare necessities, and was comfortable.
I didn't use it, but there is also a cafe on the first floor of the hotel.

I was satisfied with everything. I go to Seoul twice a month, but this was my first time in this area (always Yeongdeungpo). The transportation, surrounding environment, and food are perfect for enjoying Seoul. I would definitely like to stay here again if it's reasonably priced.
