Room is clean, staffs are friendly and supportive. Hostel is near subway and Ikseondong. Will stay here again if I’m back to Seoul.

I stayed here with my friend in a two bed private bathroom and it was great! The air worked well, the room was clean and beds comfortable. It even had a mini fridge. The workers were amazing and friendly. Number 1 is the location! So many yummy places near and convenient metro.

Great place to stay for a week. Lots of great little places and street stalls nearby to eat authentic Korean foods. Hostel Tommy is basically a couple of blocks away from the Jongmyo Shrine and Changdeokgung Palace, a 15-minute walk away from Gwangjang Market, and a leisurely half-hour stroll to Insadong Market and Gyeongbokgung Palace. That’s also where you can see various museums and also walk a bit further to the traditional Bukchon Hanok village. My photos will show how much Hostel Tommy offers (such as free breakfast and a massage chair) for a great price.

Great place, location and staff. So much to do and all in a walking distance. Everything was so organized and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay, happy days.

Near from station and restaurant

I had some work to do at the hotel, so I requested a quiet room. The manager didn't take my request lightly and sent me an email. Upon arriving at the hotel that day and checking in, the manager upgraded my room for free to a quiet room. Thanks to this, I was able to work quietly and get a good night's sleep. It was cold, so I turned on the individual heating, and I slept warmly. The boiler in the room was so powerful that I sweated. ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ The hot water was also great, with strong water pressure. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Jongno. Thank you.

The boss is very nice, the room is clean and quiet, most of the rooms are self-service. It is very convenient to eat nearby, close to the subway and convenience store.

The president and the counter guy are very friendly. Although there is no elevator, they will help carry the luggage. The location is very good. There are many places to visit nearby. The subway station is also convenient. You can take Lines 1, 3, and 5. It is worth staying.

The location is pretty good, not far from the MRT. The room is very clean, there are no small cockroaches or bugs, because it is stipulated that food cannot be eaten in the room😂 If you want to eat in the social hall, the staff at the counter are very friendly. If you go outside their working hours on the day you go, they will also give you the entrance code so you won't be unable to get in.

The location is great and the coffee is great. Across the street is Ikseon-dong, which is very easy to shop. There is also the famous salt bread just across the street. The location is great, and the sound insulation is excellent.

We arrived at around 10 pm, and Tommy sent us a text message in advance containing the door password and other important information, and put the key in a conspicuous place at the entrance, so we could check in smoothly even if the front desk was unattended. The boss, Tommy, is a Korean who can speak a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic. There will be two Chinese ladies to assist during breakfast. There is a buffet of milk, coffee, orange juice, bread, peanut butter, and chocolate sauce. It is quite rich. If there is any food, they are missing. They will be replenished in time and the dining environment will be kept clean. Most of the guests are Chinese, so there is no need to worry about language barriers. The room is clean and hygienic, with floor heating and no noise; the living room is very warm and there are games for entertainment. The experience is very good👍I will come again next time

Very convenient place, the boss is very kind, the atmosphere is very good and quiet, I heard there is a rooftop terrace ~ There are convenience stores, subway stations and snack streets around, and there is also the already famous fried ** (but I only discovered it after I accidentally went in hhhh)

Clean, quiet, and in a busy area, the location is good~ The staff is friendly and nice. There is no smell of cigarettes. If I have the chance, I would like to stay longer, but I wish there were eggs for breakfast~~
