The hotel is well-equipped and located within a bustling business district. Its decor is modern and minimalist. Downstairs, you'll find a variety of restaurants, and it's a short walk to Guanghua Plaza. The bedding is incredibly soft, and both bus and subway stations are conveniently close. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Best affordable accommodation for a short stay in Seoul! Everything is clean, neat, and well organized. I’m very impressed by the details. Towel, water, slippers, and ear plugs provided in the locker. Outdoor shoes are required to left in the locker area to keep the room area clean. Shiny washing room and toilets. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower box. The bedroom is compact but good enough for a men less than 6ft. There are cabinets for personal stuff storage right beside bed. Multiple power cords - Korean type x 2, USB x 2, and a wireless charger. Hanger is provided as well. Lovely place! Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine with detailed instructions in the lounge. Friendly staff!

The location is great, with easy access to the subway and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the coffee machine, ice maker, and microwave on the first floor. However, the facilities and cleanliness were quite disappointing. In the first room, I found a cockroach under the table. They moved me to another room, but the showerhead was broken, and the sink drained very slowly. Then, on the second night, the toilet kept flushing by itself multiple times, and it only stopped after I unplugged it.

I stayed at 3 different hotels during my 10-day trip to Korea, and this one absolutely deserves a great review. **Environment**: Quiet and safe. Compared to similarly priced hotels, the room here is genuinely much bigger. **Facilities**: Comprehensive. The washing machine was very convenient, and it even came with detergent. There's also a separate communal dining area. **Cleanliness**: Very clean, tidy, and no strange odors, nor any lingering renovation smell. **Service**: Exceptional. Calls are always answered, and if you don't know how to use something, someone will teach you. Everyone always has a smile on their face. For the same price point, or even a slightly higher one, I highly recommend choosing this hotel.

Absolutely 100/10! Location: fantastic! 2x metro exits right outside the hotel with the others near by!!! It is close to Ikseon-dong.. less than 1 min walk, Insadong - 2-3 mins walk. Myeongdong - easy 30 mins walk! Location really is amazing! Service: customer service is 5 stars! The reception can all speak English and they were soooo helpful! They always say hello in Korean when they see you! And they helped me locate the correct bus stop towards the airport. If they didn’t help, I would have got the wrong bus stop haha. Cleanliness: can’t complain, I thought housekeeping did a great job! Overall: I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE FROM NOW ON :) ohhh and there’s a bath tub in the bathroom, it was also a really spacious big bathtub! Everything was great! Definitely one of my favourite stays! I wish they had a gym then it would be superperfect!

I stayed for 5 days. For the first three days, they didn't refill the cotton pads or teabags. I only got them refilled on the fourth day when I saw the housekeeper and asked her. When the air conditioning turns on automatically, there's a really loud starting noise, which is disturbing when you're trying to sleep. The soundproofing in the room isn't very good. The only good thing was the washing machine; it wasn't used much, so I didn't have to wait. The hotel is close to Insadong, which is a nice area to walk around.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jonggak Station, perfectly situated between Myeongdong and Euljiro, with all major attractions, karaoke bars, shops, restaurants, and currency exchange offices close by. The room was small but sufficient. Be aware that rooms on the 6th floor might be noisy due to the karaoke downstairs; we were moved to the 7th floor on our second day. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, soap, disposable toothbrushes, towels, and slippers. There's also a TV. A common kitchen area offers free coffee and ramen, a water dispenser, and a washing machine. We booked an upgraded room with a view and were happy with it, though the view wasn't strictly necessary.

This hotel is located in a small alley, surrounded by hardware stores and small factories. It's very close to the subway, and the main street has plenty of shops like Art Box and Olive Young, as well as convenience stores and cafes. It's a pretty convenient location. The accommodation is on the second floor with no elevator. After heading upstairs, you can get your room card from the self-service kiosk, and check-out is also done via machine. No need to speak to anyone, but that also means there's no luggage storage service. Since it's a major subway station, there are lockers available inside the station.

Before choosing a hotel, I always read reviews. Many mentioned the neighborhood was noisy, and that's definitely true, but it's not a fault of the hotel itself. It's just part of the area. However, if you're a first-timer in Seoul and want to hit as many sights as possible in minimal time, this is one of the best neighborhoods. Gyeongbokgung Palace is a 40-minute walk away, and the Han River is just around the corner. The subway station, two minutes away, can take you anywhere. The room is clean and simple. It's thoroughly cleaned before check-in, but there's no cleaning service during your stay. For me, that's a plus rather than a minus; I don't like people entering my room when I'm not there. The room has a TV, a fridge, and a separate shower. But if you're traveling with a friend you don't know very well yet, be prepared to step out of the room when someone is showering. Or you'll become best friends! :) Regarding amenities for daily comfort: 1. There's a communal kitchen with a coffee machine, hot and cold water dispenser, stove, and microwave. 2. There's a washing machine with a drying function: two hours, and no need to find a place to hang wet clothes. 3. There's a garment steamer – instantly boosts comfort by +10,000 points. Reviews also complained about noisy neighbors. I didn't encounter any during my stay: just students, couples with kids, and lovely ahjummas. If someone does seem noisy, earplugs are readily available. At one point, the water was supposed to be shut off for repairs, and the hostel staff brought two bottles of water directly to my room. The hostel owner checks in to see how things are going and engages in small talk with repeat guests. If you're a solo traveler, I definitely recommend it. Yes, it's a 'walking' neighborhood, but throughout my entire stay, I never once felt unsafe. Special thanks for the umbrella sharing! 🤍

Pros: Small room that managed to have everything we needed in a nice location. Cons: The room was a bit stuffy and smelly which was fixed by using the A/C BUT the A/C was super loud, even with the fan setting on low which made it a little difficult at night.
