This average hotel , there is nothing special is this hotel however this hotel provides pick and drop services from the hotel so I book this hotel. Despite that when I arrive to the airport and make call many times but they didn’t receive my call, in addition I wrote a message and inform them that we will arrive on the specific but unfortunately they didn’t come to pick me up. I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel overall and I recommend this hotel, especially those who tend to stay near airport and port hotels, but there are areas that really need to be improved. Good aspects are: the decoration is generally good, the bedding and toilet supplies are of good quality, the tea is delicious, and the location is good in the town. But the concierge is poor. I asked for some internal information about Westminster Abbey, but only got the opening time. No breakfast. But our room was a luxurious big bed room, and the windows were soundproofed and the bathroom was spacious. But what made me angry was that the hotel's pipes were damaged and there would be protests nearby on Saturday. Most hotels give guests advice on the itinerary and help them choose alternate routes, but this hotel did not give the corresponding notice and we had to change the plan at the end. When I gave feedback to the concierge (the same person as the previous concierge), the response was a dull look. We stayed here pretty well.

First of all, I would like to give my compliment to trip.com. Actually I have accidentally clicked cancel booking and immediately chat with the help desk. The help desk agent help me to communicate with the hotel and they said will keep the booking. Then when I reached the hotel, the front desk staff told me my booking was cancel. Even though I show the email from trip.com that my booking was kept but the staff still insist that my booking was cancel and told me not to worry because I can get my fully refund. II was panic and it was too late to book other hotel and my family member were tired waiting to check in at the lobby. The staff told me to book a room on the spot and re confirm me I can get my refund. Then I tried to call and search the help line from trip.com apps. Luckily, the trip.com customer service was excellent, they all willing to help. And finally today I was told that I will get fully refund and they will give me free coins as a reward for trouble me! Thanks lot Trip.com, I am really recommend to use trip.com apps for booking flight and hotel. Thanks again for settle down my problem as fast as they could. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

I really enjoyed my stay! Joe and Matt are above all expectations: caring, kind, always ready to help. The room as well as common area were super clean. A few restaurants with reasonable prices, supermarkets and pharmacy are only 1-3 minutes on foot. Good wifi. Tea, coffee, cookies, bread, butter, jam are provided 24 hours. Towel and soap in the bathroom also. The train station is only 10 minutes on foot and it's only 1 station to KLIA1 and 2 stations to KLIA 2. Summarizing - this place is the best choice if you have a long stopover in KL. Strongly recommended!

Ideal location for our event. However, requested a room change, evident in the attached picture. Suggesting a refresh with new bedsheets and an upgrade for the armchair (sinking sponge). Breakfast lacked cheese in the omelette, but offered a good variety of other food options. Fruit cuts were larger than usual. The rest is good.

This place was perfect for an emergency overnight layover in KL. Was approximately 50rm taxi ride from KLIA, friendly staff. Some restaurants nearby, would probably consider using again if I need a place to stay for a night.

My flight landed a little late, and then my bank put a hold on my card because it decided Malaysia was ”unusual activity”. So, no money for a taxi, stuck in a place where I had no phone service, and the booking app takes up to 12 hours to contact the hotel, I didn't know what to do. Luckily, a gentleman at one of the currency exchange kiosks took his breaktime to help call the hotel, and they sent a vehicle to get me. (I later found out it was the manager's wife). They got me quickly checked in after a long day, and recommended a nearby restaurant who was having a grand reopening (free meal).

We stay at this hotel for a night transit. We took grab, cost RM25 and it was less than 15min driving. The room is big and clean. Aircon worked well. Got hot shower but the water pressure wasnt high but not a big problem. No amenities except soap. The put the towel hanger so high which I dont understand why. But for a room less than RM 150 for 3 persons where we got 2 king size beds inside, it was more than ok. Will consider this hotel again when I need to transit overnight. Almost forgot.. neighbours are full with eating places and easy to get taxi too even at 6am.
