This average hotel , there is nothing special is this hotel however this hotel provides pick and drop services from the hotel so I book this hotel. Despite that when I arrive to the airport and make call many times but they didn’t receive my call, in addition I wrote a message and inform them that we will arrive on the specific but unfortunately they didn’t come to pick me up. Wifi is it is not working Not good experience

I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. The facilities (4.5 stars), including a hairdryer and water dispenser, add convenience. A highlight is the 4.5-star breakfast buffet starting at 6 am, and the free shuttle service to KLIA T1 is a thoughtful touch.

We stayed at this hotel overall and I recommend this hotel, especially those who tend to stay near airport and port hotels, but there are areas that really need to be improved. Good aspects are: the decoration is generally good, the bedding and toilet supplies are of good quality, the tea is delicious, and the location is good in the town. But the concierge is poor. I asked for some internal information about Westminster Abbey, but only got the opening time. No breakfast. But our room was a luxurious big bed room, and the windows were soundproofed and the bathroom was spacious. But what made me angry was that the hotel's pipes were damaged and there would be protests nearby on Saturday. Most hotels give guests advice on the itinerary and help them choose alternate routes, but this hotel did not give the corresponding notice and we had to change the plan at the end. When I gave feedback to the concierge (the same person as the previous concierge), the response was a dull look. We stayed here pretty well.

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

The hotel location is perfect. It is so convenient to the airport (less than 10mins walk from arrival hall), especially midnight arrival or early departure passenger or senior people(like my mom). You can take free shuttle bus from airport to the nearby Mitsui Outlet Park. The room is clean and tidy. One thing is a bit disappointed - breakfast - it was not a buffer and was only 2 choices: caesar salad or lakes, and no drinks included. Both were not attractive and the restaurant does not allowed to pay extra to order something else. I would not recommend to pay extra for breakfast because many cafes are located nearby.

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

Room is clean and the staff is helpful. There are several restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. Easy access to Masjid Sri Sendayan. However, breakfast can be a bit disappointing as there is not much variety, apart from nasi lemak & mee soup. Wish there is more to choose from.

the location is strategic, but facilities are not..it does not meet the expectation that we expect from a prestigious hotel chain like ascott level..lets dive into the negative points: - shared parking with mall..since during my time it was full, i had to park along side the road - receptionist was slow..suprisingly guest had to register again over the counter, although we have done it online - the hotel only had 1 receptionist despite having long q of guests..i checked in at 9pm (which is not peak hour but still long q), cant imagine if its during normal check in time - no toiletries, only shower foam is provided - they provided the normal coffee/tea drinks with mugs and heater, but did not provide spoons now lets look into some of the positive points: - reception area looks cosy, minimalist design - hotel lift is fast, despite sharing it with the mall - room size is convenient and clean - they hv both fan n aircond, which is great for people who is not used to aircond
