Quick and efficient checkin and checkout process. Friendly staff from Reveoiobs to cafe to execute lounge to entry door persons. Clean, spacious and comfortable room and firm mattress which we really enjoyed our stay. The execute lounge has friendly staff but need improvements on the happy hours fingers food and alcoholic drinks, quantity, and options. Free airport shuttle service which is pleasant. Overall nice stay.

Conveniently located inside KLIA2, Aerotel is perfect for transit or early morning flights. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the airport. Staff are friendly and check-in is smooth. The bed is cozy, and the shower has good water pressure. Great for a short rest between flights.

The hotel is quite near to KLIA airport. It took about 20-25 mins to reach using Grab car. The hotel is big & nice with wide lobby. The room is also clean, comfortable and with all the amenities. We stayed there for 1 night only since our flight is the next day. The breakfast spread is quite good too with varieties of food, local and western. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport at no cost. Overall, it was a good and nice hotel to stay!

Very relaxing hotel resort. Big baby pool. Good for spending time with little kids ! Near airport. And have free shuttle bus service every hour. Airline transit in KL this hotel definitely the first choice 😎❤️✈️

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

The room is nice, basically the amenities in this hotel are good. The staff are also helpful and accommodating. Recommend to stay here if you want somewhere near the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at the Tune Hotel because of its strategic location just beside the airport especially convinence for those who take the mid night flights upon arrival. The staff were friendly, attentive and prompted to what the guests need. Furthermore the room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are user friendly.  Welcome drinks were served too. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and memorable. I look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends. Congrats!

The receptionist is friendly during our check in process and smooth. Either present your passport or identity card (Malaysian only). The room is clean and tidy. Recommended if you’re having an early morning flight just like me.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
