4.2/5Very GoodClean room. Good surrounding. Suitable price. But logistically not disabled friendly. Access to the room is 400m via foot along many steps and stairs. Good staff attitude. Breakfast OK to get by the morning. Bed shower pillow towel OK. BUT plumbing waste water smell bacjflow into wash basin

4/5Very Goodservice is excellent.easy check in n check out. facilities are OK. my kid loves that there is a pool ,good for cooling during the hot day. breakfast served, fullfil the empty stomach..staff available when u need them. anyway just need to fix the toilet flush in room 46.

super basic but serviceable hotel in sepilok. really close to the orangutans and sun bears. bathroom is really small and the toilet flush is a bit annoying. breakfast was basic but pretty good considering overall price per night. the pool is a very long walk but it is nice after a hot day. the stairs and the walkways are not luggage friendly. the property is beautiful. lots of water and nature around
