Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Trip Type: Leisure | Stayed: June 2025 Room Type: Moxy Sleeper Room “Stylish, Fun & Family-Friendly Stay at Moxy Putrajaya!” Our stay at Moxy Putrajaya was nothing short of amazing! The hotel’s fun, youthful vibe immediately stood out—from the bold design to the welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. Service & Hospitality: Staff were upbeat and super accommodating. They went the extra mile to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, always happy to assist or offer recommendations. The welcome drink at check-in was a lovely surprise! Room: The room was cleverly designed—modern, cozy, and very clean. Though compact, it had everything we needed, including a super comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Location: The biggest win is the location right inside IOI City Mall Putrajaya—arguably the best shopping mall in Malaysia. Everything is at your doorstep: amazing food options, shopping, entertainment, and even multiple playgrounds for kids, which was perfect for our family trip. It doesn’t get more convenient than this! Facilities & Atmosphere: The hotel has a really cool, Instagrammable vibe. The lobby doubles as a bar and hangout space, and there’s a well-equipped gym open 24/7. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time outside your room. Overall: Moxy Putrajaya offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and fun—with unbeatable access to everything IOI City Mall has to offer. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

It's a super convenient hotel! But I couldn't find an iron and ironing board in the room. They should be provided in the room without needing to make a request. Thank you.

The design of the whole hotel is young trendy bordering on ‘edgy’ and I can see that it would appeal to a younger crowd. Rooms are less than spacious Love the large TV! No wardrobe just pegs on the wall. Like the comfortable bed and pillows. Service is good and the crew attentive except we checked in when it was the school holidays so even tho they opened 4 or 5 counters to check in the customers - still it took 35-40 mins before I was finally attended to. Nevertheless we had a good time and would recommend the place

Fast check in and check out. They allow us to leave our bags at check in while we go for lunch at IOI mall before departing for the airport. Rooms, beds are clean and comfortable. No wardrobes to hang your clothes but they provide knobs on the wall with hangers. Ironing is in a room outside on the same floor with 2 irons and ironing boards. Will definitely come again for shopping without the traffic jams and crowds in KL.

Comfortable stay, limited breakfast variety but great teh tarik! I had a pleasant stay here — the room was clean, cozy, and quiet plus connected with IOI Mall. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in the future. The highlight for me? The live teh tarik station! Freshly pulled and really tasty — a nice local touch that made breakfast more enjoyable. Overall, a comfy hotel with friendly staff. Just needs a bit more variety in the morning spread. Would still recommend for a relaxing stay and shopping.
