"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We were not greeted in a friendly manner when we checked in. The lady at reception insisted that we present the booking documents in printed form, which we did not have with us. Her communication seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The bread seemed to be from the day before and there were no fresh products, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Another negative point was that the sauna was closed on Saturday. We were already standing at reception in our bathrobes when the employee told us that this was posted everywhere, including in the elevator. There was indeed a notice there, but it was very small and easy to miss. An information sheet with the most important information on arrival would certainly have been helpful here."

Nothing was too much trouble and everything request was possible - prompt, courteous and caring service, amazing food, extremely friendly staff, attention to detail for children (not to mention a huge play area and fun swimming pool), fantastic wellness area, and the owner himself greeting us every evening and upon departure. What more is there to wish for from a family ski hotel? Perfect. Look forward to staying again next year."

"The room was clean but not large. All was present what you needed. Breakfast, next to Vaya, was excellent, a very extensive buffet. The dinner was fine, selection of 3 main meals. The staff was very friendly, smooth and helpful, compliments for, among other things, Erin and her blond colleague whom I don't know her name (Floor?). The location is perfect, you can walk to the ski lifts. In general, it is wide enough and reliable!"
