I'm glad that I call the hotel much earlier since I'm going to check in the midnight since I'm comi g from Penang, and the staff attended me really well since they have self check-in machine. It was a very convenient initiative by the hotel.

Trip.com has given its top-notch service to switch to this hotel at no additional cost as the hotel I booked got no staff to check me in. Good service from the hotel as well, they were expecting me when I reach and got me a room right away. The room is clean and comfortable. Well done to Trip.com and the team

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, easy check in/out. Require RM50 as safe deposit. Overall very satisfied for budget hotel.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

My stay is easy access to KL and UPM. .easy to get public transport. .convenience store is nearby. .recommended. .friendly staff among check-in and checkout. .room very tidy and clean. .suitable with the price stay per night. .

We booked this hotel as we came from Melaka and would arrive late at night. As soon as we arrived the hotel gives off a foul smell. Like it was a really old one already, or smells like curry. When we arrived at our room, the aircon was so loud and leaking. The bathroom door is creaking, like it was about to break. Towels were very old and dirty looking. I tried laying down in bed and I got itchy in less than 2 minutes. There was a 7-11 across the street and we had to buy an antibacterial fabric/room spray just to get rid of the smell and the itchiness of the place. If you just want a place to put in your things or would just like to stay overnight, then you may want to book this. P.S: There is a really, really good burger stand across the road — Infront of 7-11, the name is Selangorku Burger. Please try it!

The venue offered comfortable accomodation, clean facilities, great convenience, and accessibility. Located next to a shopping centre, patrons enjoyed convenient access to consumer services. Accomodation was clean and comfortable with friendly and efficient service. Good value.
