Troublesome check in because the check in counter will ask for RM 50 cash deposit. We are in cashless era and this rule become a problem and inconvenience.

Bed is lope sided and buncy toilet has cockroaches door nob is loose need plenty of fixing to be done

Requested no connected room but they give connected room, person at the other room so loud, snoring so so loud. No common sense at all.

The person at the counter will give you a towel, but when you check out, you have to bring that towel down to the counter and check out. I would like to ask why the towel is taken down, whether it is used or not, the cleaning aunt will not clean it? But there was a Malay girl who served me well. I booked the wrong room on the wrong date, so I would ask for refund, and she would tell me how to call the customer service.

Waooo superb cleanliness... Staff reception need improvement missing one hour we wait too long in reception area call personal number not answer ... Too nr improve .. tq other wise nice to be recommended
