At first it was difficult to find the hotel because the name of the hotel is different... The hotel doesn't have a lift and it has 3 floors... Other than that everything was nice... It has 2 nearest mrt station... It is located in the middle of serdang raya utara and serdang raya selatan...

Upon chk in, we were told that the hotel were fully booked. They asked us to cancel our booking, but we asked for refund which they refused. Then, they told us to go to their other hotel, but failed to give us the location. We waited for an hour for them to give us the correct address. Really miserable and horrible experience. Will not deal with them again. Even, the hotel address in the apps also lead us to a housing area nearby. Inaccurate location too and they blame their management. A very frustrated experience overall.

A nice hotel with reasonable prices, until late at night the parking lot is mostly empty, just noisy because it's on the side of a big road.. Sorry, the picture doesn't have anything to do with it

Please note that the name and location of this hotel are wrong on Ctrip. Do not book this hotel. The real name is as shown in the picture and the location is wrong. Search ark hotel on Google Maps. In addition, this hotel is located between two subway stations. There are basically no supporting facilities in the surrounding area, and there is no elevator. The room hygiene is okay, but the facilities are too old, which is a big mistake!

THIS HOTEL IS BAD, I STAYED FOR 3 DAYS, paid the deposit, when I wanted to checkout they said I didn't give the deposit??? That's if the person checking in is busy calling until they don't record the customer paying the deposit.. The management system here is bad... Look at the CCTV if you don't believe me I gave the deposit or not.. why do I want to b*d*h2 claim the deposit in front of the reception if I didn't give it.. I lost my patience I just stayed without collecting the deposit.. find another hotel..

I wouldn't say it was super clean. It was just basic. I was very disappointed that there was no hair dryer.
