Camp de Mar is a quiet place, the hotel is easily accessible (us with the A 11 bus) from Mallorca airport. The structure is not new but has been well renovated and above all very clean. The all-inclusive formula used by many hotels certainly takes away some of the quality of the meals. But there was a large selection of fruit, bread, cereals, juices, smoothies, and many other things at breakfast. For lunch and dinner I'm a little more reserved, but when I saw what some people put on their plates (fruit, meat and desserts together) I think it's better to be satisfied with the variety of foods offered. The deckchair area by the sea is too beautiful ( :—)) paid deckchairs ) but a marvel. Not a very large room but ours had a frontal sea view, a fairytale. Very pleasant bed linen and dream mattress (no back pain when waking up). Gym not up to the standard of a Hyatt.

Great holiday, great hotel, lovely location, and beach a little smelly, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Rooms are a good size. we had an interconnecting room, which was great as it gave more room. Food in the restaurant was brilliant and always something to eat. The kids loved the chocolate foutains, and all the staff were really nice. The drinks in the restaurant are brilliant wines are available every meal, the juices in the restaurant were the nicest. We didn't really use the snack bar for food, so I can't comment on that. However, they do have cake available, which sometimes exactly what you need after a cocktail or two. The cocktails at the pool bar are iced and very refreshing. The outside pool was cold but kids being kids really enjoyed the pool, indoor pool is smaller but a lovely addition. The area surrounding the hotel is lovely the shops are nice and the ice cream parlour facing the beach is a reasonable price with plenty of choices. Camp de mar is lovely the taxi rank at the top of the small hill from hotel reception always has cars available the prices are reasonable. The bus service is good also and hotel reception has a handy guide with the timetables and local information (loved this) if you enjoy the moon and stars camp de mar has some great dark skies

Arrived to a very friendly staff member, he held our cases at reception & told us to go for food & drink in there restaurant which had a great variety of choice, Our room was lovely & clean it over looked the pool & view of the sea, the pool & surroundings got cleaned every day, lovely tidy clean hotel, rooms got cleaned most days with fresh towels, we went on a couple of excursions one being the 2 hr cruise which was well worth the money, local shops are a bit pricey & nobody sells tabacco or cigarettes so make sure u have supplies, I would highly recommend & would definitely go back without a doubt, very friendly place, Thank you for making our holiday a dream to remember.

I recently stayed at Alua Gran Camp de Mar and overall, I’d say it’s an okay hotel — decent for families, but with some frustrating inconsistencies that took away from the experience. The location is definitely a plus: the area surrounding the hotel is peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It’s a great spot to relax away from the busier parts of the island. As for the hotel itself, it doesn’t quite live up to its 4-star rating. The breakfast experience was hit or miss. On some mornings, there was no cooked breakfast available at all, or the variety was lacking. It got quite chaotic when busy — we’d wait in a queue for hot food, only to find it had run out by the time it was our turn. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. One day, our room wasn’t cleaned at all, and when I requested fresh towels, it took over an hour for them to arrive. The bar situation was a bit inconvenient — you need to have a token to get a drink, and then you’re expected to return your glass to get the token back. It felt more like a school cafeteria system than a resort bar. While it’s not a terrible place to stay, I wouldn’t call it a true 4-star experience. It has potential, especially with its location, but the service and organization need improvement.

Quality of this hotel has gone down since our previous stay 2 years ago. Rooms were small with inadequate storage. We had a room that looked out onto the road (Room 660) it was very noisy from about 6am. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and very old TV so the boys couldn't connect their devices to watch a film in the evening. Few charging points around the hotel when nowadays everyone has a phone and / or other device that needs plugging in. Food was OK but rarely hot. Pool was freezing. The chip system for getting drinks is really annoying, you can't get a glass or cup unless you have a chip and you have to queue at the bar if you want so much as a cup for a hot drink or a plastic glass for water. Snack bar reduced, used to have ice cream but doesn't anymore. Entertainment was variable. Kids club didn't really kick in until Easter Friday. Animation team were really lovely and great with the kids. Once the activities started the boys realy enjoyed them. Housekeeping was excellent. Indoor pool was tiny - too full with 4 people. Children not allowed on mezzanine sunbathing (this was known before hand) but also in the spa, the jaccuzi, the 'reserved for the special people who paid more' area of the restaurant and sunbeds. There are a few shops nearby and 1 or 2 restaurants but really mot much else to do. Area is quite hilly once you are outside the hotel. Overall quite disappointing and not really worthy of 4 stars.

We booked this hotel very last minute as we wanted a short break for the Easter weekend. From the second we arrived in felt relaxed, the walk down to the hotel from drop off is so beautiful, The hotel lobby is spotless clean and well maintained, Daniela on reception was lovely, and made check in a breeze, We booked a superior sea view favorite club room and our view was STUNNING! The room was clean bright and had everything we needed. Never had an issue getting a lounger by the pool, although it was very cold 🥶 but we still ventured in! The food was fantastic, one of the better buffets iv experienced, lots of choice for all diets. And the snack bar was perfect for a mid afternoon snack! The hotel was always being cleaned, which didn't go unmissed by us, the cleanest hotel iv ever stayed at! And always such friendly staff. The best part of this hotel for us, was location. It's in a very quiet area, not a lot around, which isn't for everyone, but perfect for us. Lovely small peaceful beach, and stunning views All in all, we had an amazing time and we will be back very soon!

A really chilled experience. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms are not the largest but are the cleanest I've seen in a holiday hotel. Great location adjacent to the beach. food was great, plentiful and of good quality with a wide selection available. Some great sea view from those room which have it. We would definitely visit again. We'd recommend hiring a small car, we did this for three days and visited many attractions which would have cost us at least three times as much if we'd have gone on organised outings. We went to the mountains and saw some spectacular scenery and some hair-raising roads. Many thanks to Raphael on reception for his advice on which routes to take. We also visited the Caves of Drach, which you have to, but it's very commercial with hundreds of people moving through at a time. We also visited Coves d'Artà which are some other spectacular show caves a few minutes up the coast. This was a much more relaxed experience with a multilingual guide and small groups of visitors. We had a great time and would go again.
