Zafiro Palace Andratx

The most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff and service at the Zafiro Palace was fantastic! Upon arriving we had some small issues with allergen labels in the main restaurant. This was quickly resolved and it was noted throughout the other restaurants to accommodate us where possible on other food options. The hotel is located in such a beautiful area, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We did also have a car hire which was really useful to us as we had a young baby. Whilst the hotel gives an extremely luxury feel, you did not at all feel outcasted by having babies or children around, the staff are so lovely with everyone. Our room was a side sea view in block 3, it was so quiet and peaceful that we have decided next year we will be staying on that side again. We can’t wait to return again next year, thank you to all the staff for making our holiday one of the best!

If you have young children and are not ready to give up on luxury i couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It is a beautiful luxury hotel with amazing service but we still felt completely at home with our ( nearly) 2 year old who is amazing but not always perfect. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. The location is great just 25 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk down to the beach. We will be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want a relaxing vacation! The staff is fantastic - everyone is so friendly, and the cleanliness is phenomenal! This hotel is a terrific value - if you are looking for a place to recharge and relax, this is the place.

Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. This hotel is quite new and it shows. Everything is in pristine condition so definitely feels like a luxury stay. The staff are very professional and helpful and make you feel so welcome and special. The grounds are beautifully kept and everywhere is very clean. The food is of a good quality and breakfast had a good range on offer. We ate at the Asian and Steak restaurants and both had a lovely setting and good food. We ordered room service for lunch which was delicious and reasonably priced. You can pretty much do everything on the app which is very helpful. We stayed in a Junior suite with private pool . The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. A great sized TV, lovely wardrobe, slippers and robes and plenty of towels. Everything was of a good quality. But the patio are was the best. So spacious and well designed. The private pool was freezing so we didn’t use this but it was still worth the extra money because of the large outdoor space. The swimming pools were lovely with plenty of space and good quality loungers and beds. The cleaners did a great job cleaning the rooms and replenishing towels. We never felt like we didn’t have everything we needed. We were only able to stay for 2 days so it was a quick visit and would definitely like to return for longer in the future.

Excellent hotel, room, food, and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful The many pools were great, different one everydsy. Great free classes to join in with, Fabulous spa Genuinely no negatives except when weather is bad, and small lack of cozy space to sit in all day

The hotel is perfect. Amazing rooms, all with terraces. Excellent food! We ate in all but one of the restaurants and thought the food was great for such a big hotel. Breakfast was outstanding! By far the best breakfast offering I’ve had in a hotel. The staff are also so thoughtful, kind and they really make your stay. This was our first holiday with our 4 month old and it couldn’t have been more relaxing.
