There was practically no internet access; I complained countless times, and then they provided a portable router. Hotels throughout Gambia are pretty much the same; anything over $500 is not worth considering. It's similar to a 7 Days Inn in China.

My stay was wonderful, the staff was professional, friendly and courteous. It was our first visit the continent, and the the hotel made our trip a success. We felt safe. The food was great. It was like home away from home. We are already planning our next visit to the hotel. Love it.. Mr Henry.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely grounds, amazing staff too! Nice peaceful hotel in a good location. The rooms were nice, very clean and spacious - would highly recommend for those who want to relax.

After Tui changing our holiday plans this hotel became a option. What a beautiful place Whilst we are still on holiday I would love to share our feedback so far . Room and bed are massive also super clean with kettle and toiletries. Also room service with delicious food. All staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast available so much choice . Location perfect supermarket over the road.5 min walk to the palma riva ***** 15 min walk to senegambia *****. Walk to the beach 5 min through back gate . Forgot security front/back of hotel and free safety deposit box in bedroom. Had a massage at the hotel was lovely . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for Xmas and new year had a fantastic time staff were great to name a few lamin and the pool staff brilliant Osmound on reception brilliant come to check on us every day Xmas eve and new years eve gala dinners spot on great fireworks and also the best breakfast in the Gambia Great choice already looking to book again love the piece and quiet great rooms and beds great and monkeys messing about outside our room was brilliant stayed in Jola1 thanks to all for making our stay so special also cleaning staff great and made our Xmas singing outside our room Xmas morning loved it
