Very bad hotel, very much insects which attacks people, elovator was broken, swimming pool not clean, staff not cooperative, fotos of the hotel are dated, hotel was dated, food not well, not wiling to return money when leaving earling. Airco was old and noisy.

We’ve enjoyed every hour off our stay in this villa the food and the quiet and warm atmosphere was marvellous Definitely will come again I will recommend it to all my friends and family as an awesome place to spend your evening plus is not far away from Beautiful places such as Lago De GARDA and the best thing is that the price is from this world)))

+ Pluses Room: exceptionally clean, very large, quiet and great air conditioning. Breakfast: lovely buffet with a selection of pastries, juices, cold cuts, yoghurt, eggs, etc. Front of hotel - exterior: nicely appointed furnishings, Astro turf, very clean Presence of locals: At breakfast, it was obvious that local residents come for breakfast and/or just coffee. A nice touch! - Minuses Swimming pool & garden in the back of the hotel: I was dreaming of a curated lawn I saw in the photos on *********** & hotel website; the reality did not match the photos, at all; no grass in a lot of areas & weeds growing all around the pool. Despite the summer 2022 drought in the Emilia-Romagna region, the weeds could have been removed at the very least. Housekeeping: A housekeeper dressed in a tank top and shorts was seated in a guest area, smoking a cigarette & reading her smartphone for at least 10-20 minutes; a clothes rack near the parking lot. Soap: No hand soap at the bathroom sink. The shower had a fixed container of soap & a movable container of shampoo. Sun lounge chairs: An incoherent hodgepodge of chairs. The first one I tried was broken; I saw another guest with a similar problem. From the early evening to the next morning, the hotel did nothing to put the chairs in order or empty ashtrays. Dead plants on display: In view of the drought, perhaps the hotel might cull the dead plants & leave the planters empty. Front desk staff - missing in action: Arriving for check-in at 2 p.m. (normal check-in is 4.30 p.m., but I requested the 2 p.m. check-in & the hotel advised me that it would be available), there was no one at the front desk; when I was ready to check out at around 9 a.m., there was no one at the front desk. Credit card: At checkout, I presented my American Express, but the receptionist was totally unaware that the hotel did not take American Express until the payment was rejected because the card wasn't accepted. Misleading signage: *********** photos have a capture of "Villa Petra Hotel **** & Restaurant". This sign is still outside the hotel though the hotel does not have a restaurant at this time. The hotel's website does not advertise a restaurant, but features the bar that includes the possibility of meals. Signage should be removed. Uniforms: Normally, 4-star hotels have staff in uniforms. No uniforms in sight.

Speechless, never again in my life... very dirty room I had to go down to call the girl at the reception to show what the room was like, truly disgusting. And the cleaning lady came to clean it up a bit but it was just hair all shame for 4* who say that a.

Nice location a few meters from the center and with good parking. A swimming pool is available for the summer months. Young and welcoming staff. Not great soundproofing of the room. Good breakfast. Having spent over 40 years traveling around hotels, I think I can say that 3 star stars would be more appropriate because with 4 stars I expect there to be attention to the perfection of the room. Of course, small things like the lack of slippers in the room, empty safe batteries, fewer towels than the occupants, noises coming from the corridor with doors slamming. I make these small criticisms precisely to stimulate those small improvements that will later make the difference.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso la struttura con mia moglie e la mia esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva, anche se con alcuni aspetti da migliorare. La camera era molto spaziosa e bella, offrendo un ambiente confortevole e piacevole. Tuttavia, la pulizia non era all’altezza delle aspettative e necessiterebbe di maggiore attenzione. Un’altra nota dolente riguarda la vasca da bagno, adibita a doccia con dei vetri che ne coprivano solo metà: questo design ha causato fuoriuscite d’acqua che hanno trasformato il bagno in un piccolo lago dopo ogni utilizzo. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è coinciso con il periodo antecedente all’apertura della stagione estiva, quindi la piscina era ancora chiusa. Abbiamo deciso di prenotare la jacuzzi, ma a causa delle elevate temperature esterne (circa 30 gradi) è risultata poco praticabile. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e accogliente, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. Credo che l’hotel meriti sicuramente un’altra occasione, magari in piena estate quando la piscina sarà aperta e l’atmosfera più vivace. Un’ultima nota positiva riguarda la colazione a buffet, veramente deliziosa e ricca di opzioni per tutti i gusti. In sintesi, un hotel con ottime potenzialità, soprattutto se visitato nel periodo giusto.

Il personale è inesistente Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura che dalle foto e dalle recensioni mi sembrava essere la migliore della zona. Ascensore rotto ed ovviamente Stanza al secondo piano dove ci siamo portati la valigia Temperatura sul piano elevatissima si moriva di caldo Ho ripetutamente chiamato al ricevimento senza ricevere risposta Sono uscito dall’albergo per andare a cena ed in auto mi sono ricordato che avevamo finito le uniche due bottiglie di acqua presenti nel frigobar. Ho deciso quindi di telefonare (7 volte) per chiedere di inserirmi altre bottiglie nel frigo ma niente… nessuno ha risposto Abbiamo dormito con le finestre spalancate la mattina ci siamo svegliati con male alla testa per la temperatura elevata Siamo scappati senza fare nemmeno colazione
