"We booked a 3-hour sauna and welness session at the camperpark. We paid for 7pm until 10pm, and they started announcing the sauna will be closing at 9pm. We were outside by 9.30 because of the many announcements. So the last hour was not relaxing at all, and we paid too much. Do not book the sauna and welness session at 7pm, but the one earlier (at 5pm). For each additional hour, you only pay 3 euros. They should also not offer the possibility on their website. The sauna and welness itself is beatiful! Worth a visit."

"A family-run hotel right in the heart of the ski area. Very friendly, the service was truly excellent, and the half-board option was absolutely fantastic! "We stayed in a group of 50 people for 4 days. Nice facility. Panoramic location. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in hospitality. Any serious negatives? The spa is located in the basement of the annex. You can imagine that at -10°C, walking 30 meters in slippers and a bathrobe isn't exactly the best. The downside was the food: breakfast was like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. Dinners were appalling. The quality was extremely low and the quantity was very, very low. I've been going to the Dolomites for 20 years, but I've never eaten so badly. Everything needs to be reassessed, starting with the chef and the restaurant staff. I could never return."

FOOD, DRINK: The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh fruit press, homemade jams, and the unforgettable house-made pistachio cream. The hotel’s cuisine leans towards Austrian flavors, offering a delightful break from typical Italian dishes. I highly recommend trying the Hay (Heuschnaps) and the Cirmolo (Zirben) liqueur, and the homemade jams, which you can even purchase at the hotel, so you can take a little piece of this wonderful place home with you. OUTDOOR: For those who love outdoor activities, this hotel is perfectly located. I highly recommend it to hikers, as there are numerous trails nearby that offer stunning natural scenery. The nearby lakes are also a must-visit, providing a serene and picturesque setting. Cyclists will be thrilled with the extensive network of bike paths in the area for mtb and roadbike as well. There here are even options to rent bicycles locally. We personally tried several chairlifts, which offered breathtaking views of the mountains, as well as bob and cycling. In the winter, this place turns into a paradise for skiers, with excellent skiing opportunities just a short distance away. Whether you're looking to explore the great outdoors in summer or hit the slopes in winter, this location has it all! The STAFF went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!"
