Novotel Setif ★★★★

"It might be strange to rate this Novotel as poor and 2* after rating Novotel Tunis as 5* and amazing stay, but I was really disappointed with the quality of the room and service. First the night reception guy, who wasn’t there and kept me waiting for 5 minutes probably, was complaining about another guest to me at 4am after I had a long trip and all I wanted is a room and to sleep. When I got to the room it was smelling like cigarettes, but I was too tired to go down and ask to change. In the morning, I found hair on my bed, the sink was blocked and I found hair in the breakfast. It was extremely poor service. Probably the only good thing was the way the reception lady received my concern and directed to the manager who came right away and wanted to investigate, calling the staff to check the reason and apologized personally for the service. Just dear staff a comment, there is no need to speak in French with a fellow Algerian, like all Algerians in Algeria so please speak the local language, if you don’t know or want to speak Arabic, use English, the official international language. I speak five languages but I really like to speak my mother tongue when I visit my country."

Hotel Frantz Fanon ★★★

"The Franz Fanon Hotel in Setif is just a few minutes from the renovated Setif Airport at Ain Fouara knows for is fontain For the past ten years, I've always been well received with respect, kindness, and discretion. The hotel is well located, quiet, and relaxing. They have an elevator to access your room. My room has always been clean and tidy. They have air conditioning in the summer and a balcony. The bed is comfortable, even though I have trouble sleeping away from home. During my last visit, I rarely slept so well."

Ibis Setif ★★★

"The room is relatively small, and there is no twin room in the whole hotel. Shared restaurant with Novatel. The hotel is very close to the museum and the surrounding commercial area for eating and shopping. The location is very good"

Hotel Tadj El Mouada ★★★

"Excellent position (15 min walk to the museum - main reason of our stay in Setif, 15 min walk to the Ain Foura fountain, 10 min walk to Park Shopping Mall). Good breakfast (like elsewhere in Algeria, mostly sweet fare). Reasonably quiet in spite of the amusement park across the street. Clean. Big room with large bathroom. Kind and helpful staff - they were able to find the car with the driver for the excursion to Djemila and for continuing our trip to Constantine at a very reasonable price. On the negative side: the room was too dark, slow WiFi, squeaking door of the shower cabin."

Hotel Azdif ★★★

"The hotel is on a quiet street just 2 minutes' walk from the Ain El Fouara fountain on the main street with the tram line. It is smart and modern, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I ate in the restaurant on one night of my stay and it was OK. Wifi was good throughout the hotel. Laundry service was great - I left my laundry after breakfast and it was back by midday! Reception staff were very helpful when I wanted to arrange rides to Djemila and for my onward journey."

Hotel El Kenz ★★★

"The room is clean, tidy and bright. It is located in the bustling area of the city center. The front desk staff has a good service attitude and is enthusiastic. They are enthusiastic towards Chinese people. Other staff are also good. A pleasant business trip experience"
