Cozy House

I chose this hotel for my child's Children's Day celebration based on positive reviews, but it turned out to be the worst accommodation I've had during this month-long trip, bar none. There were cobwebs hanging from the bedroom beams above the coffee table, threatening to fall at any moment. The breakfast basket, which I expected to be a fairytale surprise, turned out to be rotten fruit, cheap, artificially colored yogurt, meatless, artificially colored sausage, burnt flatbread, and frozen bread heated to economy class airplane fare. On the first day, we ate all three of the six hard-boiled eggs because the rest of the food was so bad we couldn't eat them. On the second day, we were only given four eggs. When I sent a WhatsApp message to inquire, they read it but didn't reply. The hotel restaurant was closed, so we had to take a taxi a long way to town for food. Aside from taking photos, the hotel had no other facilities and was incredibly boring. Aside from the helpful and enthusiastic staff who helped with luggage, the other staff were all indifferent and unresponsive. The bathroom was extremely small, with the toilet right next to the sink, and water was constantly everywhere. The shower was small and didn't even have a door, so water spilled all over the floor. The accommodation was absolutely terrible, a far cry from its cartoonish appearance.

We specifically adjusted our Armenia itinerary to stay at this fairytale-like hotel. The hotel is entirely composed of Hobbit-style cottages, over a dozen in total, each seemingly straight out of "The Lord of the Rings"! Absolutely photogenic! To secure our spot in the most beautiful yellow cottage, I booked a month in advance. The room was spacious, with a sofa, coffee table, bookshelves, a large bed, and even the bedside lamps were magical. The hotel service was also excellent. Knowing we were leaving early the next morning, they delivered a very generous breakfast basket that evening! The hotel meets the standards of a 4-5 star hotel in China. Furthermore, there are designated parking spaces for guests, and vehicle information is registered upon check-in, making it very safe.

The cottages are lovely, and the grounds are very cozy in the evenings. Breakfast is served in a chest in the morning.

We enjoyed the place with our child. There's a small children's area, each cabin has its own table, and you can dine outside. Inside, there's everything you need: tea, capsule coffee, and water. The only thing is, the breakfast is a bit too "prepared." It's served in a beautiful basket. For three, there are six buns, six boiled eggs, lavash, sausage, cheese, apples and tangerines, yogurt, and various jams. I'd prefer healthier options.

We stayed with two couples in two cottages. Everyone loved everything: the cottages, the grounds—it was like living in a fairy tale. The breakfasts were simple but adequate, and the highlight was the breakfast service—I've never seen anything like it before. It was a pleasure to open your breakfast bag and set the table outside in front of the cottage. The hotel staff were responsive to any request. We would definitely come back.

It's a unique place; we didn't see any children there, but a group from Holland was apparently having a great time by the fire. There's also a campfire site for a number of cabins. Our cabin for two was well-renovated, matching the stated style, and breakfast was brought to us in a basket. We recommend it for an interesting experience in a great setting.

We really liked the silence, the service, the cabins. Everything was good, we will be back.

Wonderful cozy hotel. Fabulous houses. A bit cramped in the bathroom, but you forgive it because of the concept of the hotel. Breakfast is unusual and delicious. The most positive impressions of staying at the hotel remained. Thanks to the staff!
