Premier Inn Sevenoaks

Spent two nights here whilst visiting family. The hotel is modern and, for the most part, well maintained. Comfy bed, clean rooms, nice toiletries, friendly, helpful staff, good location, breakfast plentiful. What would make it even better: 1). Opening windows. There are air con units in the rooms, but they seem a little erratic. Sometimes hot air, sometimes cold air. Turn themselves off at random. And the minimum temperature (19C) is too high. It would be nice to have fresh air in the room. 2). More disabled parking spaces. There are only two available, and they are awkward to manoeuvre in and out of. 3). Breakfast. Most of the food and drink is great, but why tropical squash rather than orange juice? The mushrooms are also very very very salty. 4). The desk in our room has seen better days and seemed about to collapse. 5) the shower head could do with a good soak in limescalw remover.

We stayed here on the 23/24/03 /2024 thee hotel was very clean but we found a few problems. The bed is very comfortable but very low to the floor. The bathroom/toilet the bath could have a bath mat as it is very slippery there was not a toilet brush. There was no telephone in the room so you could contact the front desk. There was no fire drill on the back of the door. We found the food to be very good and plenty of it the photo shows the bed up high not true.

Front desk were unpleasant and only gave 1 key. Restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Shower curtain dirty and walls had dirty marks on them. Exterior windows dirty. Drinking glasses in room dirty. The list is never ending. Won’t stay again! Waste of money.

Clean, spacious and bright room. Being one of the newer premier inns was the reason for this. Customer service was appalling, breakfast whilst cooked fresh was poor. (Bacon overcooked, the most saltiest mushrooms I’ve ever had; was just pure salt!). One member of staff showed poor customer service except when it was a regular customer from a taxi firm and he got his food as a priority. She currently lacks ability to multi task and requires further training and asked to not wear sports leggings that are completely see through when stretched. The dark haired gentleman who came on shift during breakfast was calm, in control and able to multitask and I told him so. Disappointing but very comfortable stay in a wonderful fresh Premier Inn in the perfect location.

I have stayed here before, always know what to expect. The only issue I had was the room was a little hot to sleep in even though I had the heating off. No way to open windows, which is a downside. Always good to have windows which open.

Second year my family has stayed at the Premier Inn in Sevenoaks as daughter was attending a dance competition in the town. Super easy to book room online and on arrival took only 5 minutes to receive the keycard. Room was clean and warm (view could be better but that’s not the hotels fault!). Breakfast in the morning good with cooked or cereal / croissants etc. Also had an evening meal one night which was good. Checking out, was just a case of handing back the keycard so will likely be back again next March. Just wish the venue (Stag Theatre) wasn’t at the other end of Sevenoaks up a deceivingly steep hill!

Shower cubicle was mouldy, yellow and had hairs on the floor. Parking wasn't provided onsite, however there is a train station car park down the down, costing around £8.50 per day. Short walk to the hotel. There was. building site outside, which wasn't overly nice to look out onto, but didn't have any noise during our stay.
