只有一個前台英文尚可。辦理入住速度比較慢。退房也會慢慢查，總體來説感覺酒店工作流程未捋順，人一多就會有忙不過來混亂的感覺。看其他平台有好些投訴酒店會以客人損壞東西為理由要求賠償，我沒碰到過特別的刁難，碰到的工作人員都挺有禮貌的吧 訂的山景房，房間似乎沒有集中供暖靠暖器制暖，但是確實夠暖和甚至太熱；可是朋友的海景房就一直漏風，比較冷。感覺房間是否舒適似乎要看命😅 早餐品種不是特別多但還算豐富，供應時間從9點到11點，餐點缺了會補充。酒店就在海邊，吃早餐時看日出景觀一流。 房間門禁是物理鑰匙而且只有一塊，出入鎖門比較麻煩，而且不知道是不是因為這個原因，沒有酒店方自發的客房清潔囧，每天都是到前台提清潔要求。 有歡迎糖果，但是飲用水衹會在入住時提供兩瓶500ml的，之後要自己去買水（自來水鹹的不可飲用）。有熱水壺。 房間熱水用的是電熱水器，一次衹夠洗澡不太夠洗頭（中長髮）+洗澡，水壓倒是夠的。 極光出現的時候工作人員會逐一敲門告知。酒店佔據的海岸向北也是個好位置，壞在對面碼頭的燈光太亮，光污染很厲害。 總結：性價比不是很高……。
